Is there Mailpoet integration? There are many mailers in the free version and they say Upgrade This features. But Mailpoet is not among them. However, it says in the documentation that there is. I’m not sure, what’s right?

I’m interested in purchasing WooCommerce Coupon Box, but before doing so, I need to confirm whether it can cover a very specific use case:
I want returning customers —specifically those who have already purchased a certain product in the past— to receive an automatic discount or at least a coupon that only they can use, if they try to buy the same product again.
Here are my main questions:
Can the plugin detect if a customer has previously purchased a specific product?
Does this logic also work if the customer is not logged in, but enters the same email address at checkout?
What variable does the plugin rely on to identify a returning customer? (e.g., email address, user ID, cookies, etc.)
Is it possible to restrict the coupon visibility so that only eligible customers can see or use it? I want to avoid showing the coupon to everyone.
Can this process be automated, or would it require manual work to assign the discounts?

Currently, the plugin doesn’t support checking previous purchases or showing coupons based on that. The only related feature is in the last inquiry – our plugin, it can send a coupon to a user’s email after they subscribe, and you can choose to restrict that coupon to be used only with that specific email using this option: https://snipboard.io/2zR4iq.jpg

Yes, the declared version is higher than the real version, the code is updated though. The reminder doesn’t affect the functionalities. But if you want to remove it, I can help update the version for you. Please create a support ticket on this Support Forum. I’ve a free version running, does the plugin check currently subscribed list via Mailchimp before giving the coupon ? As i have over 14k contacts already, i dont want already subscribed users to get a coupon code.

Actually, our plugin only sends coupon to subscriber who subscribed via our coupon box. If one didn’t subscribe via our plugin, then it doesn’t send email.
Regarding integration with email APIs like Mailchimp, the plugin simply adds email addresses collected through our coupon box to your Mailchimp email list. It doesn’t manage or send emails directly through Mailchimp.

Thank you for the reply, where do you store the data for subscribers ? would you have the db prefix that i could then manually import the contact list from MC. The issue i have is that users that have already subscribed through MC forms, can also sign up to get the coupon.

Yes, it’s possible. First, you can enable the “Register account” option under General settings tab: https://nimb.ws/g2MBJS4
Then, there will be a checkbox allowing them to have their account created after subscription or not. If you want the account to be auto created, please hide the notice by unchecking this option under Customize: https://nimb.ws/3iox8M6

Pre-sale question… the free version on WordPress says something about the plugin using eval() and this is dangerous. Can you please clarify? Is this a danger on the front-end or only the back-end? Thanks, Mark
