We are planning to integrate AffiLab with our own custom PHP SaaS platform where checkout and payment processing happen.
Before purchasing, could you please help us confirm the following technical points:
- API / Integration Support: Does AffiLab provide API endpoints, webhooks, or internal methods to record conversions or sales programmatically from an external system (for example, sending affiliate ID, order ID, and order amount after successful payment)?
- Affiliate Attribution: Is there a supported way to attribute an external conversion to an affiliate (e.g. via tracking parameters, stored cookies, or referral IDs)?
- Commission Creation via Code: Can commissions be created, approved, or updated via code (not only through the admin UI), so that they appear correctly in the affiliate dashboard?
- Customization Approach: Are these integrations achievable without modifying core files, using hooks, events, modules, or extension mechanisms?
We are comfortable implementing custom integration logic, as long as the system exposes the necessary hooks or APIs.
Additionally, do you provide API documentation or developer guides that explain how external systems can interact with AffiLab?

Thank you for your comments. Let us briefly explain how the system works. An advertiser creates a campaign, and affiliates promote the product through affiliate marketing. When a customer purchases the product and the order is completed, the advertiser’s website sends the order ID and affiliate ID to the Affilab system. This integration code is available in the advertiser dashboard and must be added after the order is successfully completed. Once the data is received, the affiliate earns the commission. If you need any changes or customization, please contact our support team.
Their system isn’t working. Even though they added the tracking code to the advertiser website, it’s not showing clicks and purchases. When I asked why this was happening, they told me they needed to rebuild the system to work properly and that I’d have to pay $130 for it. Why did I buy this system if it can’t even do the most basic thing? Why do I have to pay extra for a feature that should work?

I would like to purchase this script. Before making a purchase, please have all the information possible about this AffiLab script. What is an advertiser and an affiliate at AffiLab? How is the revenue generated, and what is the business model? How does the website administrator earn money with AffiLab and other platforms? I confess I didn’t understand anything in the description of this AffiLab script. Please provide me with more information. Thank you.
Advertiser is the owner of any site. and affiliates promote the product and refer the client to the product website. Advertiser creates a campaign and an affiliate copies the campaign link and promotes on Facebook, Instagram, or any social platform or any sites. When a product is sold, the affiliate gets the commission. Administrators earn from deposit commissions, withdrawal commissions, also sales commissions.
Really very interesting, but I notice that the system doesn’t include the option to create employees and specify their tasks according to their roles.
At the moment, the system does not include staff/employee role management with task-based permissions.
Sometimes it’s astonishing, especially with you. How can a developer of such caliber sometimes make such serious mistakes by knowingly neglecting crucial aspects? For example, we have to expose all payment parameters to every employee, which is unacceptable. Frankly, you disappoint me. And don’t tell us to pay if we want this feature. I frequently review your scripts, and I assure you that each one has problems and is missing basic functionalities.
We understand your concern, but this script currently does not include support for creating multiple admin accounts or any role/permission management system. The platform is designed to be operated by a single admin, and we provide exactly the same features shown in the demo.

I was reviewing the system regarding the conversion limit, and I noticed that it’s not functioning as intended. When I set the conversion limit to 5, it should trigger payment for the affiliate only after 5 successful referrals. However, the system currently rewards affiliates on the very first click of the link instead.
Currently, the system is released with some initial features. We’ll upgrade it day by day as per our customers’ requests.
With regular license I can charge end users like SaaS? Also tracking snippets, can advertisers use API instead of PHP?

Affiliates in Affilab get a campaign link from the advertiser and can share it on any social platform. Video ads are not available.
The system provides advertisers with a tracking snippet. This snippet should be added to their store/system to track conversions when an order is completed.
Affiliates simply copy the advertiser’s campaign link and share it, they do not need to point only to the homepage; the link directs users to the advertiser’s page as intended.
I am still testing the script. I have one question. Once the affiliate link shared by user is clicked by other people. How does affilab knows the task have been completed and add commission to affiliate account. Am curious about how it works and i want to know
It is working with an internal API.

Yes, it is able to detect, but the advertiser needs to place the provided code snippet on their site for the system to track and confirm task completion.

You need to put the snippet on the order success page. Then it’ll automatically send a request to the affilab, and the system can calculate the conversion.
There is an error. There is no place to change the background banner of the site. It was available and now it is not available. Please check.
Thank you for reporting this. In the current version, the background banner is fixed and cannot be changed from the admin panel. If you’d like to customise it, you can replace the banner file directly in the template files.
Can the tracking be integrated with Shopify? Do you have any Shopify integration? Also, for payment verification with Stripe, do you have any Stripe payment integration to validate the transaction?
Currently, Shopify and Stripe payment verification are not supported. However, custom integration is possible through development. If you need this feature, you can open a support ticket, and our team will guide you on customization options.

i dont think so. seems the mailer function for this scrpt has a bug… work on it by signing up with a demo account. email verification is not received in inbox or spambox og gmail
