I recently purchased the WhatsML script and have encountered several critical issues while setting it up and trying to use the advertised features (AI Training, WhatsApp Webhooks, and Module System).
Below is a detailed list of the bugs and architectural flaws I faced:
1. Critical: “The dataset field is required” Error (AI Training) Issue: When trying to import a dataset (JSON/CSV) in the AI Training module, the system throws a validation error: “The dataset field is required”, even when a file is selected.
Observation: This occurs because the Controller validation fails to recognize the file upload, likely due to unhandled server-side limits (upload_max_filesize / post_max_size) or incorrect file stream handling in the importDataset function. The system does not provide a user-friendly error message for file size limits.
2. Modular System & Sidebar Visibility Issues Issue A (Menu Sync): When a new Module is enabled (e.g., AI Training or a custom module), it does not automatically appear in the Admin or User Sidebar. The menu system relies on static JSON files (menu.json) or manual database entries rather than dynamically fetching enabled modules.
Issue B (Layout Breaking): When accessing a module via a direct link (e.g., /user/developer-api), the Sidebar and Header disappear, and the page renders as a blank layout.
Cause: The Vue.js components inside Modules/ are not correctly inheriting the Main UserLayout. I had to manually fix import paths in Vue files (e.g., changing /Layouts/AdminLayout to /Layouts/Admin/AdminLayout) to make them work.
3. AI Chatbot & Webhook Logic Failures Issue: The AI Chatbot does not reply to incoming messages.
Technical Diagnosis:
The WebhookController does not filter system events. It processes contacts.update and presence.update events as messages, causing the logic to fail.
The data parsing logic does not handle the nested JSON structure from the Node.js server correctly (e.g., data.messages0.message.conversation).
There was no built-in logic to forward incoming webhooks to external endpoints (User’s URL), which is essential for integrations like WooCommerce.
4. Database & Model Logic Errors Issue (Mass Assignment): Several Models are missing fields in the $fillable array, causing “MassAssignmentException” errors when trying to save data.
Example: In AiTraining.php, fields like model_name and model_id were missing.
Example: In WhatsappWebApp.php, the webhook_url field was missing, preventing users from saving their webhook endpoints.
5. PSR-4 Autoloading & Namespace Violations Issue: The system throws “Target class not exist” errors for Controllers and Imports inside Modules.
Cause: The generated files inside Modules/ often have incorrect Namespaces (e.g., using namespace App\... instead of namespace Modules\...). This breaks Composer’s PSR-4 autoloading, requiring manual fixes and composer dump-autoload to resolve.
6. Missing Features (Green API Compatibility) The system lacks a native Developer API structure (Instance ID/Token based) similar to Green API, which limits its use for external developers who want to integrate WhatsApp programmatically without using the internal dashboard.

The auto reply function isn’t working in the script, tried all the ways, seems everything is healthier in the system!
Setup the pusher settings
The pusher is already setup and also I can see debug console in pusher panel but still auto reply isn’t working at all in the script and other issue that android connection is stucking at ‘please wait’ after scanning QR code not showing successfull!
It seems this guys or support answers mainly to clients who already have a license, and not insterest to those with pre-sales questions….I need clarification on a few points before making a purchase.
I have concerns about frequent service complaints—has the support quality improved recently or is it still the same? For extended license users serving their own clients, how can we manage delays when developers don’t respond for several days? Do u have another way to inform clients about troubles or some issues?
Is the unofficial version based on Baileys? With WhatsApp updating so frequently, how quickly are Baileys connection issues fixed? If so Baileys have the recent version 7?
Will there be any Black Friday or upcoming discounts on the extended version?

It’s mentioned that we can have 150 sales in 79$ regular licence but after I brought they saying you can’t charge customers in regular licence and you can only use it for personal use, you can only do in extended, what a lie from the team??

Hello, since the system doesn’t work fully with cPanel, I request a refund. The documentation states that it does work with cPanel, but support recommends using AAPanel instead. This constitutes false advertising.
