Hello Team, I am reaching out because I am unable to complete installation due to a purchase code error. I want to be clear — this is not a request for support services (I understand my Envato support period may have expired). Instead, this is a license activation issue, which should not be tied to a support window, as I have already paid for the product. Issue Summary: During installation via the Nativecode Installer, I received the following errors: “This purchase code is already in use. Please contact author support team.” “The purchase code field is required.” (even when entered) To my knowledge, this code has never been used on any domain. This is a first-time installation on https://aisearchrankings.com. Context: Domain: https://aisearchrankings.com Installer URL: /install/environment/wizard Purchase Code: I try to add a support ticket, but your system doesn’t allow me to contact you unless I purchase support. Which I think is not right, since this is a activation issue.
Suspected Issue: The installer is not recognizing the purchase code input properly, OR The system is incorrectly flagging the purchase code as “already used” due to a failed/partial install.
Requested Resolution: Verify the status of my purchase code in your system. If it’s locked to an old/failed install, please reset/release it so I can activate on aisearchrankings.com.
