When a customer downloads the app for the first time, the current flow is:
Splash screen appears
1.Three intro sliders are shown
2.Then a “Get Started” button appears
3.User is sent directly to the home page
Because the login/signup screen is at the very end, the user can use the app without giving any information. The customer downloads the app, opens it, but no user data is collected.
Recommended Flow:
When a customer opens the app for the first time: Splash Screen After Intro Sliders (3 screens) show: Login Signup Continue as Guest (optional) Also show a Skip button on the top if customer click skip then show home page i think this is best for admin

I am very interested in buying Demandium. I have a specific question about the Provider flow:
Currently, Providers can only subscribe to existing services created by the Admin (or request missing ones). Do you have any plans in your future roadmap to allow Providers to create their own unique Services and set their own prices independently (without waiting for Admin creation)?

The lack of this feature is too frustrating, how can an admin list every service for the provider to just subscribe? Then it’s no more a multi provider platform. An admin cannot know all the services needed in a specific location? Please add the service feature for providers. If you add this feature and then it becomes expensive, it will better than now. Hi Team, We recently purchased your User App, Admin Panel, Provider App, and other services. The features are good, but we noticed some UI issues that require improvement. Please check the points below: • Currently, the home page shows very limited categories in user App . • We need an option to display at least 12 categories on the home page in user App. • Also, please provide an option where we can choose the number of categories to display (Example: 8, 10, 12, etc.). • If possible, show the categories in a vertical or grid for better user experience.
2. Product Details Page UI • When we go to Category → Subcategory → Products, the product details are not displaying properly. • Some text and information are cut or hidden. • We need the product listing and product details layout to be displayed vertically and properly aligned so that: • Product name is fully visible • Prices are visible • No overlapping of text or buttons

The strategy is to use profile reputation as leverage to compel the provider and technician to keep the service status updated, especially when cash payments are involved, which the system doesn’t automatically detect.

Subject: Penalty logic for “Open Orders” after the deadline and service closure.
Problem context: I’m analyzing a potential operational risk: for example, the provider or technician finishes the service and receives payment in cash, but doesn’t close the order on the platform. This leaves the booking as “incomplete” in the system even though the work has been completed. We need the provider and the technician responsible for performing the work to feel the “urgency” to mark the order as Completed so that the system accurately reflects the situation.
The Functional Proposal: We want to link the order status to the provider’s rating/reputation.
The logic would be:
- If the current date > Agreed_Date AND the status is not Completed.
- Then the system begins to negatively affect the “Punctuality Index” or the provider’s profile.
❓ Questions for you:
- Function existence: Is there currently a native function that automatically penalizes the provider’s score, ranking, or visibility if an order remains open after its scheduled completion date (e.g., if the service was scheduled for 5 days)?
- Technical feasibility: If not, how complex would it be to implement a rule (perhaps a daily cron job) that checks:
- IF (CurrentDate > DueDate) AND (Status == “In Progress”)
- THEN (ProviderScore = ProviderScore – X points) or (OnTimeRate = Decrement)?
- Alternative: If modifying the reputation algorithm is too complex, what other solution do you propose to force closure? Can we implement aggressive notifications or block new requests until overdue orders are closed?
Another option is for the customer to mark the order as paid upon payment, so the supplier and administrator can finalize the order as completed once payment is verified.
Additional Analysis (Strategy)
- The “Time Extension” button: If you’re going to penalize the supplier for exceeding the deadline, the system should allow them to request an extension if the customer is at fault (e.g., the customer didn’t deliver the materials on time).
If this option doesn’t exist, the supplier will feel unfairly penalized.
- The closure trigger: Ensure that to close the order and avoid the penalty, the system requires confirmation: “Did you receive the full payment in cash?”

You can create a service with a private status to share it with a provider who wants a modified price for a client’s service. The only provider who can subscribe is the one the administrator must share the link with or select.

It has KYC verification and legal document uploading. I would like the Provider to sign the scanned terms and conditions document. My lawyer recommended this system to avoid lawsuits from Providers or technicians who damaged the work or stole money. Therefore, KYC and document signatures are very important.

I thoroughly went through the demo, but one crucial thing skipped me and only realized it after purchase probably I have longed wanted this and also the discount.
The issue: Providers can’t add their own services and set their own prices. How on earth can the admin list all services and tell employers to just subscribe. There may be different zones and factors.
I kindly suggest you allow providers set their own prices and add their own services.

Hello, I’d like to purchase Demandium, but according to the comments, it doesn’t offer COD (Cash On Delivery) for customers to pay upon service delivery, or partial COD before and after service processing. Can you confirm if this is available, or if it can be integrated?
In the Netherlands, people don’t have credit cards or bank accounts. That’s why it’s a very good option for the provider to handle customer payments.

Is it possible to work without the Service Man app since the Provider and Serviceman are the same entity? In the Urban company, there are only two apps, but there are three in total for the business. This isn’t very clear when I launch it. Can I use just the two apps, and will it work properly?
Sir, if you want, you can manage the business using only the Provider application. The provider will be able to handle all service requests from their side without requiring the Serviceman application if you want to manage the business accordingly.
