To continue based on your response, without any session authentication, apart from publicly available phone numbers, it’s possible a hacker may do an enumeration attack and denial of service attack, by sending different API requests to multiple phone numbers to get all the possible chatbot responses. How are you mitigating above scenario, which can be easily spoofed using web whatsapp and automation tools.
Every bot is protected with a user pass. So only you can fake a session.
End users, the ones on phone WhatsApp, or the ones using the platform, only chat with it, not aware of how everything runs on the backed, and the backed is the one that authenticates the requests.
