1. as I checked the demo, there is no built-in normal template or carousel template creation option in the Whatsmark user dashboard. Do we need to create it in Meta?
2. Is it possible to send both template messages and normal messages using the API?
1. in the demo you can’t see template creation feature, it will be only display if real number is connected. carousel template feature is not avaiable in verion 1.5.12. we are working on in and end of this month we will release this feature.

That’s not correct my friend. You can use product lifetime. If you are facing any issue you can contact use. You can create support ticket. If this is related to purchase only then you don’t require to renew support. Note. You must have to use your original envato account . It seems your are replying from different account.

Can we add additional features to the app, and how can we ensure it isn’t affected by updates you make to the source code? 7. 2. When creating templates, do we need to create them in FB and in the WhatsApp API app or once a Tennant is connected can they create/amend and delete templates in the WhatsApp API and it communicate that to FB?

I can’t take any more problems with the system. I bought it expecting to use it and create a business, but every time there’s a new problem, and all the justifications from support say it’s because I installed it on the AAPANEL server and not on the CloudPanel server. So I beg you, for God’s sake, install the system on that blessed CloudPanel, because I need to work and not be constantly blocked.
I will give you the VPS access details to install it on CloudPanel, I just can’t waste any more time.
And another thing, if your system doesn’t work on AApanel, please make that clear in your documentation and also on your ThemeForest sales page.
For your kind information, we are not affiliated with AApanel, CloudPanel, or any hosting control panel. Both panels work differently internally, and the issues you are facing on AApanel are not related to our script, but to server-level configurations, especially:
- Incorrect file permissions
- Confusion between sudo and non-sudo users
- Limited server management knowledge on AApanel setups
We share our experience based on real cases from other customers. Most customers who face issues on AApanel face them because the panel requires more technical handling, especially with permissions. CloudPanel usually works better because it handles permissions correctly by default — not because our script “requires” CloudPanel.
To give you an example, here is the official AApanel documentation showing the permission system:
Our script works on any panel, including AApanel, CloudPanel, CyberPanel, cPanel, etc. The only condition is that the server must have proper file permissions and correct configuration.
If you are not very technical, that is absolutely fine — but in that case, please make sure you get help from a server expert who understands Linux permissions and web server configuration.
We are always happy to help with application-level issues, but server misconfigurations must be handled by someone experienced, otherwise you will keep facing avoidable errors.
