3. You can import products from CSV/Excel for bulk upload products, just do it in Tools → Import / export data → Imports → Products.

1. Is it possible to disable the Multi-Vendor Marketplace so that the store functions as a Single Store only? 2. Can the “Buy” button be disabled or replaced with a WhatsApp button for orders, without breaking the system?

1. Yes, you just need to disable plugin Marketplace in Plugins → Installed plugins, then your site will become a single vendor site.
2. You can disable shopping cart features in Settings → Ecommerce → Shopping, then buy buttons will be removed.
Then you can install Product WhatsApp Order plugin https://marketplace.botble.com/products/FriendsOfBotble/fob-product-whatsapp-order by our community author, then you will have WhatsApp button in product detail page.
Will Shofy work for a pure and 100% digital products store ? ( A Code Canyon alike store for ex. ) ?

Shofy supports digital products, and you can disable physical products to sell physical products only. But it can’t work the same 100% as CodeCanyon.
I just wanted to share an honest piece of feedback: Shofy CMS is much more polished and shows a far greater level of effort on the frontend side compared to Jobcy, the main CMS, and Flex.
The UI/UX, the design consistency, and the overall frontend quality in Shofy are on a completely different level. Jobcy, the core CMS, and Flex feel less refined in comparison, especially visually.
This isn’t criticism — it’s actually a compliment. It clearly shows what your team is capable of when the frontend receives the same level of attention and detail.
I hope the same quality and depth can eventually be brought to Jobcy and the other themes as well.

It should work like that if you haven’t modified our code and make changes to this.
2. You can remove it in Appearance → Widgets.

It will be nice if you add that feature in near future, if nothing to select because only one option which automatically selected, allow to add to cart.

If your product just has 1 color and 1 site, you should not add variations for that product, just keep it as a simple product. Try to delete that variation in your product form, then don’t need to select options.
It will have better performance than we have to check every product if it has more than 1 variation, then hide that “Select options”.

I want to purchase your script, but I found 2 major problems with the script.
1) Specification Tables: The Problem is that when we click on the HIDE check button in product edit from the back end and save the product, it hides from front end product page, but it does not hide from the backend product editing page. What will happen if we want to change anything in the product again? Then we have to click again HIDE check button to make the hidden from the front end; otherwise, if we forget to click on the HIDE check button, it will show all the specifications which not related to the product. I hope you will understand my point. 2) Product Label: In the product labels option, there has to be an option for PRODUCTS and END DATE, as shown in the FLASH SALES tab. What I can see now in your demo, we have to edit the product and select the product label, and if we want to remove the product label, then we have to open the product edit page again and deselect the product label, which is very time-consuming. So if there is an END DATE option in the Product label, then the label will be automatically removed after a specific time.

Shofy CMS is good overall, but there’s one important issue with the COD system. The CMS supports Cash on Delivery, but the shipping label only shows the delivery fee. It doesn’t show the total amount that needs to be collected — product price + shipping cost. Because of this, delivery staff often can’t collect the correct amount.
My suggestion: The shipping label for COD orders should clearly display the total collectable amount. And for customers who have already paid online, the label should simply show Amount: 0. This would make the process cleaner and reduce mistakes.

1. You can config commission fee based on categories in Settings → Ecommerce → Marketplace.
2. Yes, you can add your languages in Settings → Languages. If it is not translated to your languages yet, you can translate it in Settings → Theme translations.
For any contents on your site, you need to translate it manually, we don’t have option to translate your site to those languages automatically.

I can’t guess what wrong. Maybe your hosting is weak, so it can’t complete all update steps at once.
Try to go to System Updater and click on “Re-install the latest version” button a few times until it shows success.
If it still error, please try to enable debug mode in .env to see error details, change:
APP_DEBUG=false
to:
APP_DEBUG=true
Or check error logs in storage/logs/laravel-y-m-d.log
