Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had, both in terms of product quality and the credibility of the provider.

From the beginning, I was given inaccurate and misleading information about the application’s features and capabilities, which led me to make the purchase decision based on expectations that were far from reality. After purchasing, I attempted to install and configure the system myself with the help of professional developers, but we encountered numerous technical issues that made the application almost unusable.

Some of the major issues include:

  • Frequent application crashes
  • Extremely slow performance and noticeable lag
  • Pages failing to load or appearing blank
  • Ongoing server connection issues
  • Errors in login and account registration
  • Instability in core features such as booking and payments
  • Data not being saved correctly or being lost
  • Poor and inconsistent UI/UX design

When I contacted the support team, instead of receiving proper solutions, I was informed that I was not allowed to set up the system myself and that their team must handle the setup for an additional fee.

I paid nearly $1000 for setup and customization, yet the system was never delivered in a properly functional state, and the core issues remain unresolved.

Based on this experience, the overall approach reflects a concerning pattern of inaccurate promises, poor management, and a clear lack of commitment to agreed deliverables. It gives the impression that the primary focus is on collecting payments rather than delivering a reliable and functional product.

Frankly, this cannot be considered a professional experience in any sense. It lacks basic transparency and credibility.

I strongly do not recommend this application or dealing with this provider.

Project Delivery Status:

  • Android Apps (Customer, Seller Driver): All three applications have been successfully uploaded and are live on Google Play Store. Our team confirmed this with you multiple times.
  • Play Store Links:
    Customer App | Seller App | Driver App
  • iOS Apps (App Store): The Customer App is live. Driver App was rejected because Apple requires Phone number and Address fields to be optional — we fixed it in the code but could not re-upload as we were not provided with Apple Developer Account credentials. Seller App faced an unknown rejection from Apple’s side (credentials worked on our multiple test devices).

We did not prevent you from attempting setup yourself. We only advised professional handling for better stability, especially after initial technical challenges during self-attempts.

Addressing the Technical Issues Mentioned:

  • Frequent crashes / Slow performance / Lag: Early versions had optimization needs. Our team applied performance improvements, and the latest APKs reflect these fixes. No crashes were reproduced on our end during final testing.
  • Pages failing to load / Blank screens / Server connection issues: These were largely resolved after configuration updates. Server-related problems often relate to hosting environment settings.
  • Login/Registration, Booking Payment instability, Data saving issues: Core features were tested and functioning in the delivered builds. Persistent issues may relate to SMS OTP integration or server configuration.
  • UI/UX Design: The design follows modern standards for multi-vendor platforms. We are happy to implement specific adjustments if clear references are provided.

SMS/OTP Integration (whysms.com):

You shared the credentials for whysms.com, and our team integrated them as requested. Later API errors are common with third-party providers and usually require direct coordination with the SMS provider. We had suggested verifying with them.

Setup Additional Fees:

The $1000 charged was for setup, customization, and deployment services (including Play Store App Store uploads), as clearly outlined in our service agreement. The core system and apps were delivered — final store publishing depended on your cooperation for credentials and approvals.

Overall:

This project involved a complete multi-vendor eCommerce solution (Laravel backend + mobile apps). While we acknowledge some initial issues occurred (common in custom development), our team actively worked on fixes and kept you updated throughout.

The main bottlenecks in final delivery were:

  • Waiting for your Apple Developer account access / OTPs
  • Coordination for store uploads and final approvals
  • Lack of cooperation from the customer side (for example: screenshot)

We have never refused support and remain fully open to resolving any remaining items. To move forward productively, please:

  1. Share any specific current errors/screenshots from the live Play Store apps.
  2. Provide access to your Apple Developer account so we can complete iOS publishing.
  3. Let us know exactly which features still need attention.

Thank you for your response. However, I would like to clarify that what has been stated does not reflect the actual technical condition of the delivered system, nor does it represent the real experience I have had throughout this project.

I would also like to point out that installation and setup attempts began on 26-07-2025 and have continued for a long period without reaching any satisfactory result or a properly functioning system.

I would like to emphasize that the issue is not related to publishing or app availability on stores, but rather to system stability, implementation quality, and code integrity, which have not been achieved to date.

From both the mobile applications (Flutter) and the backend system (Laravel) perspectives, the system still suffers from critical issues, including:

Frequent application crashes and unstable performance, indicating weak error handling and poor state management Slow performance and noticeable delays, reflecting a lack of optimization at both the application and backend levels Unstable and inconsistent API responses from the Laravel system Weak validation, error handling, and database transaction management Clear issues in core functionalities such as login, booking, and payment Poor handling of third-party integrations (OTP / SMS), where failure of an external service causes the entire system to break

This clearly indicates that the system is not production-ready and has not undergone sufficient testing prior to delivery.

Regarding the Apple Developer Account

The Apple Developer account credentials were already provided. Therefore, this cannot be considered a valid reason for delays. The real issue lies in non-compliance with Apple requirements or weak technical implementation, not in access permissions.

Recent Communication

I would also like to note that I was contacted today by one of your representatives. I explicitly refuse the publication of our private conversations, despite the fact that your team has already shared parts of our communication.

For clarity, I have not shared any of these conversations so far. However, if they were to be made public, they would clearly reflect the level of technical performance and communication I experienced, which — frankly — was extremely weak and lacked the required level of professionalism.

Current Situation

The situation is now clear:

A stable and usable system has not been delivered The technical implementation does not meet acceptable standards The agreed terms regarding setup, customization, and delivery have not been fulfilled

This constitutes a clear breach of agreement and poor service execution.

Final Resolution Options

To resolve this matter professionally, there are only two acceptable options:

Complete reinstallation of the system from scratch and proper delivery of a fully functional, production-ready system, as expected from professional companies

OR

Full refund of the setup and customization fees, along with acknowledgment that the agreement was not fulfilled as required

Please provide a clear and final action plan including:

A defined timeline Detailed steps for fixes Testing and delivery procedures

I remain willing to resolve this matter professionally, but I expect a serious and clear response that reflects genuine commitment.

  • Some initial issues are common in complex Laravel + Flutter projects. Our team has worked on optimizations and fixes. The Android apps are live on Play Store with tested core features.
  • Apple publishing was delayed due to repeated OTP and permission issues with your Developer account. We fixed the Driver App rejection but could not re-upload without your full cooperation.
  • We only referenced chat history for factual context and have no intention of publishing private conversations. Since you brought some matters to public we had no option but to do so this as well.

To resolve this quickly and achieve full satisfaction, we need your cooperation:

  1. Share specific current errors/screenshots from the live apps and backend.

Currently, the theme/system does not support service-based bookings (such as replacing “Add to Cart” with “Book Now” and scheduling services like plumber, painter, doctor, etc.) out of the box. However, this functionality can be developed through custom code customization based on your requirements.

Regarding your other questions:

  • Zone-based Google Maps (drawing zones instead of ZIP codes): Not available by default. This can also be implemented via custom development.
  • WhatsApp integration: Not included by default, but can be integrated with customization.
  • Refer a Friend:Available in the current system.
  • Wallet system:Available in the current system.
