As an admin, you can use the POS. Simply select a branch from the POS dashboard to get started.

1. This is not possible from the application layer. However, we can add this as a paid customization if you’d like.
2. You need to add the service charge manually when submitting an order from the POS.
3.We currently don’t have any immediate plans to implement the QR code feature. However, we can develop it as a paid customization if required.
4.Tax or CGST & SGST are included in the selling
5.After setting up your Stripe credentials and checking the hide/show checkbox, the Stripe option will be available.

Is there a way for customers to send their orders directly from a URL?
Currently, customers arrive at their table and have to wait for the waiter to take their order. Would it be possible for customers to place their orders using a QR code on the table, so the order is automatically sent to the corresponding areas for printing?
Alternatively, could customers place their order through the QR code, and the waiter only needs to confirm it before sending it to print or to the corresponding areas? This would help prevent order errors and improve service efficiency.

With this link, we could generate a QR code so that when the customer arrives at the table, they can scan it, view the menu, add items to the cart, and send their order easily.

When an order is sent to the kitchen, is it automatically printed on a paper printer? In our restaurant, the bar is separate from the kitchen, and the kitchen is divided into two areas: cold kitchen and hot kitchen.
Is it possible for the order to be automatically printed in the corresponding area? For example, if a customer orders a Coca-Cola, a salad, and a grilled steak, the order should be printed as follows:
- At the bar, the order for the Coca-Cola. - In the cold kitchen, the order for the salad. - In the hot kitchen, the order for the grilled steak.
Additionally, I would like to know how the order printing system works for each area. Are the printers configured based on product categories, or how is this managed?

When an order is placed, it is automatically printed on paper.
Order printing is centralized, meaning all orders use the same template and are printed in a single central area. It does not support the feature you are requesting.
I believe your use case differs from our application’s functionality. If you need this feature, we can add it as a paid customization.

Yep, Let me evaluate the software for couple of week for various usecases, if it suits well(or with minor exceptions), I will definitely contact to you for the next steps.
I tried installing in the new VPS, but it’s giving 500 error. Exact error is below: “Fatal error: Composer detected issues in your platform” I will be trying again in another new instance soon(by tomorrow).

Figured out that php 8.0 version(lower version) was causing that error. Now upgrading to 8.2 version(new version), it should get through this time.

I can see the Dashboard now. That’s good news. But this solved only a part. See below next set of issues:
P1) I am unable to add any new Item under “Foods” tab, the page blanks out, keeps hanging and I tried again, same issue. Can you let me know how to warn or show a error if I am doing anything wrong?
P2) Is there any sequence I need to follow before adding an item? I am sorry, I may be doing 1st time and this could be a silly question.
P3) In POS, it’s not allowing me to “Submit” any order for an item(Burger which is prepopulated after installation), but allows me to print the receipt(PDF).
It looks like I am missing the sequence. Please confirm if that’s the case.
Also, just checking, why are you not displaying Warnings or Error for wrong flows?
Also, please share the documentation links where it warns about the incorrect paths or incorrect settings?

There are two types of order systems in our application. If a user places an order online, it goes to the POS online order page. A staff member, POS manager, or admin needs to accept this order. Once accepted, it will be sent to the kitchen. The other method is when a staff member, admin, or POS manager creates an order from the POS page, and it will also go to the kitchen.
