I would like to inform you that I have already purchased the ViserRemit backend (Ultimate Remittance Solution), and I am currently evaluating whether to proceed with the mobile application (ViserRemit Cross Platform / Flutter + Koala). However, before purchasing the mobile version, I have a few important concerns: The demo / test mode of the mobile application does not seem to be working anymore.
Could you please reactivate or fix the demo so that I can properly test the mobile app flow and functionality? I would really like to see how it behaves in real conditions.
I noticed that the last update of the mobile application dates back to 2024, while the backend received a much more recent update in December 2025.
This gap of almost two years raises some questions for me.
Can you please confirm:
Is the mobile app fully compatible with the latest backend version ald récente Flutter?
Does it communicate correctly with the backend APIs without additional changes? Are there any updates or adjustments required on the mobile side to work properly with the current backend version? Since backend and mobile are supposed to work hand-in-hand, I want to be sure that the mobile application is still fully functional, stable, and up-to-date before making the purchase.
Your clarification on these points will really help me decide whether to proceed with buying the mobile version or not.

We are currently working on the ViserRemit project. The web version was recently updated, but the mobile app was not updated at the same time, which caused the backend-related issues you’re experiencing.
We are actively updating the mobile app to match the latest backend changes, and the update is expected to be completed ASAP.

I would like to know if there is any regulation and license needed to apply for or register to start the platform. Does it support African mobile money payouts like Orange Money and MTN Momo?

we included 30+ gateways there. you may check those from inside admin panel. we dont have any idea about local licenses

Hello, I’ve been using it for about 3 days since I bought it. I’ve explained to them on several occasions that they won’t let me issue the ticket. I didn’t modify the code but each time I tried to login with the right username/email and password I still get unauthorized return as below:

It picks rates from different place giving a mismatch between what’s displayed on the web and whats displayed on the app. The web uses base currency rates.

Just checked out this app and comparing it with your other apps like hypelab, the team that developed this app didn’t do a good job. They need to make it user friendly. For example
1. The refresh (pull down) is very bad 2. The select modals are poorly implemented 3. Send / receive very unfriendly especially when inputing data

The app does show limits automatically, some test Payment gateways don’t work like PayPal. Input for send amd receive needs proper design.

Have checked the demo and you need to improve on
1. Scrolling up and down. There’s a bouncing like effect which is very user unfriendly
2. Move currencies from left to right to match with web version and make the drop down wider
3. General improvement of the entire app
i dont think all mensioned points are effecting there, still we will try to improve
