Is it possible to allow users to book a room instantly by paying online, without having to send a booking request first?
If this feature is not currently available, could you consider adding it in a future update—ideally as an admin-controlled option (enable/disable)?

Just a simple question, because I went through a lot on your version 2, which made me spend a lot to get some things done. My question is. When a guest makes a request, does it email the hotel to notify them that a request was made and needs approval? Because you don’t expect staff to be on the look at the system always.
Unfortunately, email notifications for bookings are not available at the moment.
That’s terrible, then how can an admin know that bookings are made?
I can not spend more money again for a developer to do that again. Because I want to buy this for a new project.

How will I be checking pending booking every minute, when a single email notification should solve that.

this system would be perfect if only your system can handle guest check in and put some money as deposit. And when guest checkout, we deduct the deposited money by amount of service or sales and refund the rest of the money that was not spent by guest. I would really buy this if it support, I check your demo couple of nights and this is the only missing feature

hello after checking your demo i realized that users or guest can book directly online. the booking only sends a request to admin. if its available how exactly is it turned on. because i dont see any check out on the website
After a user submits a booking request, a representative from the hotel will contact the guest directly. They will confirm availability and help book the most suitable room for the guest. Currently, there is no automated checkout process on the website; all bookings are confirmed manually by the hotel staff.

I appreciate the efforts put into developing the ViserHotel – Ultimate Hotel Booking Solution. The system performs well in the demo and has a good foundation. However, after testing it in a real-world environment, I found that several essential features required for live hotel operations are missing. Therefore, I believe the product is currently not suitable for actual hotel use and would like to request a refund.
Below are the key limitations I observed:
No option to apply discounts.
No option for deleting items in bulk or specific menus (should be role-based).
No configuration for different payment modes.
No option to adjust payments during booking (e.g., negotiation/bargaining based on role).
Missing back-date booking feature (should be accessible based on role).
No booking calendar view.
No comprehensive room status view showing all rooms and their current availability on a single screen.
Your product has great potential, but it currently requires additional improvements to be fully ready for real-time hotel operations.

From 2.0 to 4.0 update is not possible currently. You need to install a fresh version of 4.0.

Multi-location Support: Does the system support managing multiple hotel locations? If so, how can I add and manage different locations?
Role-Based Access Control: Is there support for a user hierarchy such as:
Super Admin
Admin (per location or property)
Staff (front desk, housekeeping, etc.)
End Users (guests or customers)? If yes, how is the access and data visibility managed for each role?
Room & Booking Management: Can each admin/staff manage rooms and bookings specific to their assigned location? Also, is there an interface for tracking availability, check-in/out, and room status?
Looking forward to your clarification on these features. This will help us determine if ViserHotel aligns with our operational needs.

The system does not support multiple branches or multiple hotel management systems. However, it has a user panel and supports room and booking management, also role role-based staff controlling system is available.
If you need these features, you have to customize the system.
