I would like to purchase Zaiproty – Property Management SAAS Add-On (I want to run a SaaS Property Management platform), Zaiproty – Property Management Laravel Script (main script) and All the other Add-Ons you have All with (Extended Licenses). Do you have any discounts for extended licenses and a package deal for all your add-on plug-ins with extended licenses? However, there are a few bugs and mistakes that need to be addressed and corrected by your team. Also, there are some customizations for enhancements that I want you to give me a quote for, right away, so they can be started and completed as soon as possible according to your schedule.
BUGS and MISTAKES
1. In the Owner’s Dashboard left-hand main Menu the text heading that says “Maintains” which should be changed to say “Maintenance” per industry. The sub-menu under that says “Maintainers” which should be changed to say preferably “Service Vendors” per industry or “Maintenance Persons”.
2. The “Maintenance Requests” (maintenance & repairs – Units/Common Areas) should have individual ID numbers (#00000001) similar to the “Tickets” system, to track maintenance requests and monitor frequency of problems to do preventive maintenance.
3. Maintenance Request: Is this option strictly for building and common areas maintenance? or Is it for all maintenance & repairs for building, common areas and tenant units? How do we know the date when the maintenance request was submitted and the date when it was completed? How to search by tenant? How do you know who submitted the maintenance request? Where does the Maintainer enter the text for repair solutions, before closing the maintenance request?
4. Is the “Tickets” system supposed to be for the problems with the actual website Software Platform issues like a website Support Ticket system? OR Is it for use that is similar to the “Maintenance Requests” system, which makes No sense to me? Why have 2 systems for similar uses (maintenance/repairs)? If it is for website problems support such as a “Support Tickets” system, then the left-hand main Menu should say “Support Tickets”, Not “Tickets”. If website Support Tickets (which makes sense) then #’s 5. & 6. & 7. & 8. & 9. & 10. will be structured more for website “Support Tickets” system maybe?
5. Also in “Tickets”: There is a missing filter and search for Tickets when logged in as “Owner” and “Maintainer” user types (should have filter by status and wild search option).
6. Tenant user search status has “Open”, “Inprogress”, “Close”, “Reopen” and “Re Solved” but neither “Open” nor “Reopen” are part of the life cycle of the Ticket system anywhere else (aside from proper wording to be corrected). For all user types the status shows “In Progress” as “Inprogress” when it’s two words (in various locations).
7. How do you know which Maintainer completed which Tickets and how many Tickets they completed?
8. How do you track if a Ticket was “completed” or “re-opened” if you can move it back to “in progress” or open without an audit recorded trail?
9. Owner missing report for Tickets (report to include property, unit, tenant, date, issue, maintainer (staff), status and ability to filter by status and wild search, export feature for Excel, PDF and Copy). Also Maintenance Report missing date, maintainer, cost, detail and filter by status (does have property, unit, tenant, issue, and status fields). Missing “cost” for ticket repairs and if cost is for owner or tenant charge back.
10. “Expenses” report should include both costs for “Maintenance” and “Ticket” repairs.
** 11. bug – Application often redirects to update page regardless of who is the user type. It show email and item purchase code to be entered. There should be an update page only visible to the administrator. Other users shouldn’t be exposed to update requires or developer information.
12. bug – Can’t save property if not recognized by map link field, if you attempt to use the code you get error “404 – not found”, if you remove the wrapper code you get error “The map link must be a valid URL.”, and if you provide the Google map URL you get error “www.google.com refused to connect.”.
13. Tenant user invoice should have a preview or “View” option that shows details, other than the print option.
14. There should be some standard Email Templates for owners to use for notifications, etc.
15. Owner user under “Property” -> “All Unit” should have the ability to view and edit each unit’s data.
16. MISCELANEOUS ISSUES: a. Front end home page unable to modify. Please specify which file should we amend? b. When we remove section from admin setting, the menu doesn’t hide. Example, we hide “Feature” section, in the menu “Feature” is still there. c. I purchased Add-Ons for SAAS, however when user pay as Cash, we’re unable to mark as Paid for them as Admin, leaving the user forever Pending. d. The DB structure kind of strange where every registered user will have a new list of total 13 payment gateways INSERTED as new row in DB table. Please advise. e. We’ve change our default currency for the entire site to another. But when owner upgrade their plans, the conversion is still shown in USD and also they still need to choose for default currency every time they make payment even thou there’s only 1 selection and 1 currency. f. Can you make an unlimited option in package? instead of filling in 9999 property, 9999 tenants, 9999 invoices….... not so practical.
CUSTOMIZATIONS
Using the Laravel framework it should not be difficult to add these customizations and it would be good for this entire project. Please give me a price quote for these enhancements below, right away so enhancements can be started and completed as soon as possible.
17. Support 3 url structures for client tenancy: path, sub-domain and custom domain.
18. Support for all database structures: single separated database for each company (client/tenant), multi-tenancy and sharing. Separate Databases for company’s (clients) database and control of where the data from client’s database is stored (third-party storage services like AWS, RDS etc. for instance), at the client’s choice, is an important feature for today’s clients and the security of their database.
19. Ability to plan preventive and scheduled maintenance for (maintainer) to do.
20. Tenant’s Rental and scheduling of property facilities like party room, game room, gym or assets like foldable tables, chairs, etc.
21. Manage parking space and storage lockers/bins rentals on property.
I have a hosting plan, but what is your suggestion on which server hosting plan to use, for the platform for best performance and client experience? Please give me a price quote on customizations I need and a time-frame for completion.

I think that your script has a great base for what I’m asking for and some of the issues could very easy be corrected by giving Admin ability to change in Admin Dashboard all the “Menu Navigation Name(s)” & “Sub Name(s)” of the main menu(s) and in all Tenants, Owners & Maintainers dashboards, will solve some issues I mentioned.
Also if in the Admin Dashboard, Admin could add extra site pages and duplicate features and/or plugin modules that are on Navigation Menus, then Admin could change their labels (rename) and make slight enhancements on site. If your team could fix this it could make your product more popular with customers, I think.
You could add one more Report for Owner Dashboard which is a “Delinquency Report” to show all tenants that have not paid their due rent and amounts due, plus late fees. Pretty simple to add.
And the 3rd Party database storage module for clients separated databases, should not be difficult to drop in with the Laravel Framework features. What does your team think about my suggestions?
We can integrate all the requested features; however, implementing multi-tenancy is not feasible with the current structure of the script. It would require a complete restructuring of the system.
OK, so no 3rd Party database storage module for clients separated databases (multi-tenancy). I understand that is not possible on this Zaiproty script. Please make it a clear understanding for me with the following:
1. Examples of wrong labeled “Menu Names, etc
a. In the Owners Dashboard, there is a Menu which is called “Owner” which is wrong, it should read as “Tenants”. Also the Sub-Menu below that which is called “All Owner” which is wrong, it should read as “All Tenants”. Then the Sub-Menu below that which is called “Owner History” which is wrong, it should read as “Tenant History”. That should be corrected site-wide where that same mistake exists on the Zaiproty script.
b. In the Owners Dashboard, when you click on Sub-Menu of “Owner” (should be Tenants) which reads as “All Owner” (should be All Tenants), at the top of page the heading reads as “Owner” which is wrong, the heading should read as “Tenants”. Below that is the Button to add new, which reads as “Add New Owner” which is wrong, the Button should read as “Add New Tenant”. After you click the Button to add new, you can see that you have the correct Info on that page that corresponds to Tenants (which is correct), and not Owner (which is not correct). That should be corrected site-wide where that same mistake exists on the Zaiproty script.
c. In the Owners Dashboard, when you click on Sub-Menu of “Owner” (should be Tenants) which reads as “Owner History” (should be Tenant History), at the top of page the heading reads as “Tenants History” which is a little wrong, the heading should read as “Tenant History”. If you can fix these mistakes in the Zaiproty script to make your script correct, I am ready to buy your Extended Licenses Bundle with the Main Script, the SaaS Add-on module all of your other plugin modules for the Zaiproty property management system script. There are some inconsistent Status labels in the (Drop-Down) Status Changes of the script, that read as “In Progress” (which is correct), but in some places it reads “Inprocessing” or “Inprogress” (which is wrong).

Hello so when I buy the Main Zaiproty Script and the Zaiproty Add-On Module I will have access to another settings area and I, myself will be able to change all the text in all 4 Dashboards (Admin, Owner, Maintainer & Tenant)? What do you mean by Light-Shot Gateway? You can update or correct any label using the translation system provided.
Currently, there is no built-in page builder for creating new pages. However, you can edit the existing pages as needed. If you wish to create entirely new pages, you can customize the source code to achieve that.

The Zaiproty – Property Listing Addon is simply useless, it does not work to upload images. It has been 6 months without any fixes. When the user uploads images of the ad, the images are duplicated, repeated on the site. Are you going to ignore the fixes for the other products and continue to abandon customers who purchased the addons?

You wrote a sentence within the GUI of your script that in my native language makes absolutely NO SENSE based on the features of the program this is NOT a technical issue, further you ignorantly did NOT even bother to address my question re the number of tickets I should open, I clearly askes in very basic english a question and you intentionally did not answer…. For saas you can sale property management service to any property owner like real estate or any other owner
There should be an area where property owners can view the status of their properties managed by Realtors.
