I keep getting “I/flutter ( 4757): {status: failure, request: {id: req_jEF0LvdnkSUSvOyNq6pAO, timestamp: 1764300895.932153, operations: 0}, error: {type: credentials_error, code: 1, message: Incorrect API user or API secret}} ” when upload a video, I tried with DOSPACE and PUBLIC, what’s the reason for this error? If I choose PUBLIC, there isn’t any required config, so I should not get incorrect api user or secret, am I right?

So I’ve thoroughly gone through your latest app version. Seems to work fine on iOS. However, on android 10 video reels and feed videos don’t play at all. Also, stories music doesn’t work, photo stories work fine.

There’s a problem with the live stream; after failing to reach the required audience of 50 viewers, the stream freezes for a few seconds, but continues playing.

i’m like mitnickofc, also waiting for a discount, since this app seems to be more featured and has more things like upload progress bar etc that i like which is reason why i want to buy this app if a discount is on it’s way 
So far this app has so you can reply to comments and profiles looks more like instagram layout with followers, posts etc.
But please get rid of branch.io and replace it with own sharing system link like other app called Chatter has got so people doesn’t have to pay high price for Branch.io and can still share links, also add the function to share posts to your own profile, in DM and maybe on friends profiles if friend allows it.
So i hope you guys will come wit one discount for christmas or something that would be great that will put price down to 150$ or even 99$ for limited time
Branch.io has been removed completely dear, It has it’s own sharing system. Also it has sharing posts in DM.
Ah okay, well will you guys also add share posts to users profile if the user has set in their profile privacy settings to allow Followers to share post to their profile or that ones they follow can post to heir profile if it’s set as allowed.
For now this feature is not planned.
pity, well i hope you guys will add that in future, Also did you guys remove option to set how posts should show behaviour? Since i remember seeing this option in your demo where you could set so posts only shows for ones you follow etc. I would like to see that option back again
Like you guys had 3 options 1.Everyone 2.Followers and 3rd option i don’t remember what it was.
Also add function that force users to follow a specific user account, like in admin dashboard we can turn it on and put user in box and save so when a user creates an account on the app and finish the setup. It automatically follows that user that is set in dashboard and when this is setup, the option for unfollow + block is not possible and these options will then become hidden or that unfollow button becomes greyed and block user option is gone in 3 dot menu. This way we who runs the app can then have like 1 or 2 important accounts so they get posts from staff and will see them easily
Next i would also want too see is total posts stats on profile and not just followers, following stats, so it becomes more like proper instagram layout.
Not last but least a option to properly remove accounts would be great as well and not just freeze and block/ban. This way we can simply pick on user we want and pick delete and it will delete all the posts, images, videos and so on from app that they have made + remove whole account completely if needed.
also try and get rid of firebase authentication and go over on selfhosted authentication 100% so you guys can put chats there with logs incase of some 1 reporting some 1 or atleast make so users can report specific message content so it appears in report section so we can see it.
Issue found: Notifications seems to be broken, i checked your backend document and flutter document for instructions for FCM or notifications and i cannot find any instructions at all for it. Only part i found is for apple (iOS) but not for android. So right now app isn’t sending any notification at all.
So i think you guys have forgotten to add a instructions for notifications setup for android. Please add that so we can setup notifications on our app
Also add option to disable the test ads popup box in-app so we who doesn’t want to have ads can disable this popup as well and then enable it when we plan to have ads with admob.
The steps is not forgotten at all, As soon as you generate the json file from firebase and add that in the project, Android will have the notification setup already. Only iOS has special setup which apple force to do, while android can work without it.

well i went through document like 3 times found no instructions regarding notifications for android. On chatter there is a FCM setup guide where you also gota put some info there too but here it isn’t working for some reason on Shortzz since it doesn’t have that FCM setup guide :/
Anyway i have sent this issue to support team and will wait for their reply on telegram.
Don’t compare with other apps docs, There might be different steps and different names. But the setup is there as we can see. Please follow it and if you face any issue with the functions, please contact support desk.
Hey man. I confirm double tap like not working. Views increase not working. Video playback keeps running even when navigating away from the main feed, and the screen doesn’t stay awake during long videos.

Great platform overall — honestly better executed than many more expensive alternatives. Still, here are a few things I think could improve the experience: • Views aren’t being counted. I checked part of the logic but not deeply — would be great to know the official method used by your devs. • The “+” create button should be easier to access, since it’s one of the most used actions. • Video playback keeps running even when navigating away from the main feed, and the screen doesn’t stay awake during long videos. • No double-tap to like, which is a standard interaction most users expect. • There should be a duplicate upload prevention, so tapping the upload button multiple times doesn’t upload the same file 3–5 times. • Users should be able to edit posts after uploading — currently not possible. • In the AdminCP, adding a verification system (ID/passport upload) would help, and making verification independent from subscriptions. • Also in AdminCP, adding options to accept payments through PayPal, Stripe, bank transfers or Zelle would be very useful, especially for U.S. users. • Future idea: allow creators with subscriptions to set paid content on reels or profiles. Great for monetization and attracting creators. • Android 10 has an issue where reels don’t play, though the rest of the app works fine.
Overall, amazing platform — these improvements could make it even stronger.
