4 days passed and I don’t know how many more days I have to wait for this issue to be resolved. Really frustrated as this was really bad update which broken the entire older files. Now I want them to view, download and print but they are no longer accessible. Super frustrated to say the least.

All publicly shared files and folders fail to open.
Public access does not work, even for previously functioning links.
Problem started after the update and continues in version 3.1.9.
Tested on multiple devices and browsers — same result.
Steps to reproduce:
Create a public share link for any file or folder.
Open the share link in a private/incognito window.
The page fails to load and the file cannot be accessed.
This issue is affecting all public sharing functionality. Please check and provide a fix as soon as possible. Thank you!
Sorry about that, there was an issue indeed with non logged in users not having permissions to view links by default, it should be fixed with current version on codecanyon.

Make sure “Allow direct access” option is enabled in link settings, otherwise direct link will not work.

Hello, we’re having trouble uploading files to the cloud. Creating folders doesn’t cause any problems, only uploading files. We’re getting the following error:

This is available with the latest update. You can enable direct links functionality from “admin > settings > drive” page and then get a direct link for embedding via “share” or “get link” action in the dashboard.
