I think you just don’t understand that there are people who are in different time zones, different countries and everyone has different situations.. And according to envato rules there are 10 days to respond..
For example: I have an 8 hour difference with the US and how can I respond immediately if a person from the US writes a comment during the day, it’s night for me and I’m sleeping…
