Based on the log you provided, it appears that the shell_exec function is disabled in your server’s PHP configuration. CreatorPulse relies on this function to execute FFmpeg and FFprobe commands during the video processing workflow. When shell_exec is disabled, PHP cannot initiate these system-level operations, which results in the error you encountered.

To resolve this issue, your hosting provider needs to enable shell_exec in the PHP configuration by removing it from the disable_functions directive (php.ini or equivalent). Once enabled, video processing will function as expected.

You can start streaming right away with their free tier, and only need a paid plan if you go beyond the free minutes. Nothing complicated and no hidden requirements.

As for the live chat during streams: it’s completely PHP-based, runs on your server, and does not require Node.js or any extra services. Everything is integrated out of the box.

However, the current architecture of CreatorPulse – Monetize Short-Form Creators | Subscription, Paywall & Live Video PHP Platform is intentionally designed to process and deliver media directly through its own pipeline. All monetization layers, access rules, paywalls, storage logic, and video processing workflows depend on this internal system.

For this reason, external video sources such as YouTube, VK or other social platforms cannot be integrated into CreatorPulse without fundamentally breaking its core structure and revenue model.

If your project requires seamless embedding of externally hosted videos, you may want to consider my other product, Dizzy – Support Creators Content Script, which is available on CodeCanyon. Dizzy already includes native support for embedding videos from social platforms and is technically better suited for this type of use case. It meets exactly the requirement you described, without requiring additional development effort or customization.

To run the storage test in normal mode, please follow these steps from the admin panel:

1-) Log in using your administrator account.

2-) Navigate to Storage from the left menu.

3-) Open the tab for the storage provider you are using (AWS S3, DigitalOcean Spaces, Wasabi, etc.).

4-) Locate the “Defer network calls (dry-run mode)” toggle near the middle-bottom of the form and switch it off.

5-) Click Save at the bottom of the page, then run Test connection again.

When this toggle is disabled, the system will perform a real network request and return the actual connection result.
