Hello, good afternoon. I have an Envato license for the product: FoodAppi. I wanted to know how to configure the language to Spanish for it. Please tell me how to proceed. I’ve tried several times to generate the commands using Node.js, and the system recognizes: ⁠ npm install ⁠ and ⁠ npm run prod ⁠. Thank you.

This feature is a basic requirement for any fast food business. Deals and combo offers are very important for daily operations and sales. Because of this, I don’t think it is reasonable to pay extra for customization for such a basic feature.

I am interested in purchasing your system, but I cannot proceed if this core functionality is not included or requires additional cost.

Please consider adding this as a standard feature.

it can send whatsapp notification to location number for order message, do we need any special subcreption or it in build system, if we need some item not available at some location can we offline them, what about installation, can non technical person intall this website easily

At the moment, we do not have a separate demo site in the Dutch language. However, after purchasing the project, you can add and configure the Dutch language from the Dashboard → Language Settings.

Before purchasing, I have several detailed questions. Is it possible to contact technical support to explain the requirements before purchasing and customizing? WhatsApp is preferred.

It’s possible to translate all site navigation-related words to Russian, but for item name and category names, and the text that is taken from users needs to be input manually in Russian, those won’t change when switching language.

When ordering and paying, check the order — there is no ‘send message to WhatsApp’ button?

Proceed to the WhatsApp button are there. After adding to the cart and going to the checkout page, you will get the option to send the order to WhatsApp.

Is this system based on a multi-tenant logic? Meaning, is there a separate database for each restaurant while a single backend codebase runs all the databases?

Or is it multi-tenant in another way and works with a different logic? I’m interested in how the database and code structure operates so that I can understand the system before purchasing the project.

One more suggestion: instead of the small ‘Add’ button at the lower-right corner of each item, tapping the item itself could open a quantity selection window that leads directly to checkout. The current small button is not very responsive, and this change would improve usability and user experience.

Thanks for your suggestion. We will suggest it to our engineers. But we cannot assure you about its integration.

A basic but essential feature is missing in the PWA version: push notifications to the Chef on new POS/Takeaway order creation. Currently, notifications only support Admin/Manager roles, and the Chef role is not included. Additionally, when the Chef marks an order as completed, there should be automatic push notifications to the Manager/Admin. These functions are fundamental for smooth restaurant workflow and should be added in the next update.

Nice feature suggestion. we have another feature link when order chef complete the order customer get an notification. we have all order related notification for customer and some for admin/restaurant owner.

You are right, but there should also be a push notification for the chef when a new POS order is placed so they can start preparing it immediately. Once the order is prepared and ready, there should be a push notification to the admin/manager. This would make the internal workflow much smoother and is a basic, much-needed feature.

How we can change the theme color in the code?

Currently, we do not have such a feature to dynamically change the theme colour in our system. You have to customise the script yourself. Or you can hire a developer to customise it for you.

can you tell me in which file I can change the color and I will change it my self.

Note that, if you change the script you won’t get any support from us. We have used Tailwind CSS to style it. & Colour code might be scattered around different files.
