Good morning, update 2.3.6 is not working. In my dashboard panel, there is only the Template option, while the Send a custom email/SMS notification option has disappeared. I don’t know if I am the only one experiencing this problem.

This is a custom notification module – its not supposed to be connected with the core controllers for such an automated notification.

1. With this item, can I create and send HTML and CSS email templates?
2. Can I select all customer contacts at once and send the notification to all of them at once, or does it send only to separate contacts?
1. Email messages and templates allow HTML syntax, yes.
2. You can select multiple customers and as many as you want (even all).

Considering to buy this, but It is really missing a crucial history log (something with advanced data such as IP/logo) as sending sms/emails may need to be tracked later down the line and data is required to be exported. Is this possible to update?
Actions are logged in the history log of our module. This is not missed.
Is there a way to setup emails to send automatically when a lead is created? and 3 hours, 12 hours, etc after a lead is created?
Our module offers programmatic sending (Send later) but this is something not related to another controller (ie Leads).
Its works with SendGrid api? sends mass emails marketings ?
Our module uses the inherited gateways provided by Perfex CRM.

You need remove the files from the current installation, in order to avoid license lock during activation under a new instance/domain.
Once you do so from the old URL, please use the Licensing Flush tool ( its link can be found on the bottom left of New Ticket Creation link: https://themesic.com/support/ticket/new ), in order to have your license resetted through Envato Licensing API.
You will be able to activate the license at the new instance now, but please ensure that it is not active in any other instances, as that will trigger a new license lock.
Is it possible to select leads by “status”? Or customers by “group”?
Let’s – for simplicity – say i have 1000 leads. 500 with status “Yay” and 500 with status “Nay”.. And i want to send my Email only to the leads with status “Yay”.. Do i have to select those 500 “manually” in the list?
We do offer a dropdown multiple selection list at the moment – so you can flexibly choose who you want to message.
In case a high volume of identical requests arises, we may add include groups or lists in the future.
Thanks for your quick reply. But in this case the plugin is more or less useless for our purpose. We have some thousand leads with lead sources from different trade fairs and congresses we attended. This way it’s almost impossible to pick the ones (sometimes over 500) that need to be adressed.
So does this help us build custom proposal, estimate, and invoice templates that we can add work images into, like new images per project or like so creating multiple templates as needed?

I had purchased this module, but currently earlier it was on subdomain crm.xyz.com “here xyz is my domain name”, and currently now i am using xyz.com and this module was auto-expiring. Currently I am unable to install it now, saying ask admin to reset it. Also my support is expired. Please help in this regard.

Hi It is very difficult to search for a Customers or Leads name in “Select Customer” or “Select Lead” because the search only works with the first character. Regards
Search is supposed to work for wider matches, not only the first character.
I checked again it works for Customer but not for Lead

Does your module allow for a notification in this case:
Any collaborator creates an estimate, and when the client signs (accepts) the estimate, an email is sent to a specific email address or another user?
By default, Perfex only sends a notification to the collaborator who generated the estimate. I want a notification to be sent to another email and/or collaborator.
Our module is supposed to send custom SMSes and Emails, on purpose, during the time that you initiate them or using a scheduling option. No triggered events are used.
Hi I have version 2.3.4, but the schedule email option is not working. My Perfex cron job is working perfectly for email reminder and other things.
