I used your plugin for the first time and I am using the Fast2SMS API, but I had to download an additional addon for it. For user approval, you are charging $19. However, in your plugin description, it clearly says that all SMS gateways are free. So why are you charging money? Also, please explain how I can properly use the Fast2SMS API with your plugin.

We just let Digits know, that some error ‘from’ plugin is displaying in console. That’s all, also one more question:
When Digits releases a new update with a bug, and after we’ve run all the necessary tests to confirm the bug is with the update and not our system, how can we report it? Do we need to pay for a support license to do so?

Digits keeps a log of all the OTPs sent, how can I clear the log, it is getting too big and might be taking a toll on the server?
You can truncate digits request logs table to remove all the data from it.
Hi, I just purchased 3 licenses and some addons, but on the website under Settings > Addons, all the addons just redirect to the product page. There’s no option to install them. Could you please look into this as soon as possible?

I’ve purged the entire LSCache, cleared all server caches, and flushed the Redis cache completely but the problem still persists. I even restarted the server, but nothing has changed.

Hey, the plugin works everywhere except the checkout page where there is a “Create Account” with a password. Its setup in a way that to place an order you must sign in or create an account. After filling the password and the other necessary fields when you try to finish the process the phone verification popup appears but it doesn’t send the OTP. I have tried opening a ticket but no replies and its been 3 days.
Can you please share us your ticket number so that we take a deeper look into it. Generally all tickets are replied within few hours of their creation.
It should work flawlessly with checkout page as well. We need to take a look at your site to know the cause of it.

Hi, i set up firebase to send otp. but i am getting this error https://prnt.sc/zv6sQTQr6k78 saying there are too mane requests, but it was the first time trying. Alo i waited like 10 minutes to try again and still getting the error.
For some reason, the link is not showing any image. If it’s due to rate limiting by Firebase, you need to contact them to get it resolved. This is something that they handle on their end.
