And now you tell me this is a hosting issue? If that were true, then all 12 scripts I have purchased from Envato and hosted on the same server would also fail but they all work perfectly. Only your script is broken. If you can provide a permanent resolution, I am open to it. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to warn potential buyers about this broken script to prevent others from facing the same problem
Isn’t is starnge that site works well for a month then all data are gone!! if the problem in the script it couldn’t run a month. No one is claimed this kind of issue yet and if there is the problem in our script other customer definitly claimed but it came from only your side, we also debuged sevaral time but didn’t find anything like that.
