1) Withdrawal Process Yes, withdrawals are processed manually by the admin.
2) Please explain little more about it.
3) Currency Issue We tested this on our side and the currency updates correctly when the default currency is changed. This might be a caching issue on your end.
Please try the following: - Go to Settings → General Settings → Clear Cache - Also clear the application cache
Then check again.
If the issue still persists, please send us a short screen recording or screenshots along with details to websolutionus1@gmail.com, and we will investigate further.

1. Do doctors and patients have to download zoom app to their devices to be able to proceed to video consultation or is the zoom video call happening within the app?
2. Can a free single zoom api handle configured by the admin be obtained free of cost?
3. Is it the Zoom configuration done by the admin that all doctors and patients use on the platform or do doctors and patients have to generate their own zoom api details to configure their own accounts?
4. Can a free single zoom api handle configured by the admin be able to handle different (multiple) doctor-patient video calls at the same time? For example can up to 10+ video call be going on at the same time between doctors doctors and different patients like Doctor1-Patient1, Doctor2- Patient2,..., DoctorN-PatientN…?
5. Can both patients and doctors create appointment?
1) Both can use web browser or app.
2 & 3) Doctor will create his API key. Patients won’t create any API key.
4) Doctor will create and configure his zoom configuration, so no issue of same time multiple doctor and patients.
5) Only patient can book appointment by following doctor schedule.

A connection to the doctors’ various calendars is essential – otherwise the whole thing becomes pointless. Is there sync with icloud calendar, Google calendar, Microsoft365 etc.?
