- Please add an options for customers to add custom domain names.
- Please add a much better HTML editor with WYSWYG, drag and drop, or better flexible editing options for the page templates.
- Please add more email autoresponder options.
- Needs to fix all bugs in the code.
Then this will be perfect and ready to go

Firstly, you need to enable the site download option from the admin dashboard. Then as a user after creating the site using that template (on which you enabled the download option) you can download and host on your custom domain.
Please be informed that the site created through the tool is a single page website.

Is this a platform similar to Wix with users subscriptions, or it is just for creating templates and then exporting them as a zip file to be installed on a hosting?

It is for creating templates and exporting it as a zip. You can also use the existing template for creating site. The site can be downloaded in the zip format when admin enables the option to download site.

Actually, as per the script flow, users can download the site created using the template if the admin enables the download option. Once you set up the script and enable the download option, as a user you will be able to download all templates.

The script does not support custom domain feature. Adding custom domains feature is subject of dependency on various factors like having wild card on your cpanel or not and many more. THERE IS SO MANY BUGS WITH THIS SOFTWARE,, DO NOT BUY.. constantly dealing with support.. all the themes have bugs and don’t send messages .. Don’t you hate with envato Melbourne has a right under Australian consumer law to make sure products are not faulty at start of purchase.
Developers these days just sell software only for customers to keep contacting them for support. Shame on these developers as we are developers and would never do this to clients. Keep clear of this type of developer

Firstly admin need to enable the download option. For this, navigate to Templates >> Click on Three dots menu >> click on Update button (https://tinyurl.com/yoew6uxm) A popup will open and enable user can download the site option (https://tinyurl.com/ykgs53ox)
Once enabled, user can download the site after using that template for site creation through their dashboard.
