Dear Team, I’ve had a great experience with the app so far, but I’m running into a major issue with the chat feature. Every time I send a message to a seller, the message disappears immediately and doesn’t show up in the conversation history. This makes it impossible to coordinate purchases or keep track of replies. Could you please look into this bug? It’s a significant problem for an otherwise excellent app.

It looks like I am not alone - i see multiple clients complaining about your support. It sounds like you started selling this app prematurely before resolving so many issues. Every time the app is updated, a new build is required. You monetize that. Worse, you did not make it affordable. At least, give clear instruction as to what needs to be done to fix some of the issues. In may case, it has never worked properly. It a user posts ad in the wordpress, the app ether it does not open or it crashes. If language feature is used, it crashes… I mean where is the problem?

After listing is created on the website, it is not opening on the app. ( in the theme, everything vanishes after membership and store feature is turned on and package created). The plugins are not updating at all. The theme is updated. But this is happening very often. Very difficult to operate this app.
I asked someone to help with the theme and i do not mind to update support subscription. The problem is that support lapses before getting proper support. And the next day app and them is in problem again. Three years, I could not get it working properly, And i see that there are negative remarks on this page too.
Can someone help resolve these issue?
Another questions is every time you update the app, the app that is already built does not work??

Please update the plugins cause theme is based on the Classified Listing plugin. Soemtimes plugins updates are related with theme or app update.
Sorry to hear you face this issue, but others do not face this type of issue. If the app or theme does not work, then others face the same issue.
We don’t get support requests from others with the same issue.
Anyways I will check the theme with the app demo tomorrow and update you.

I am ready to renew support subscription if they resolve plugin not updating issue. Your colleagues in the wordpress theme department are not responding. I just need help to make my site work. It is always a problem and i am regretting that i switched from another classified theme in 2022.
My question is I already paid for the “app build” two times with your developers ( and it was expensive) and two times with the developers in afforderable ones from fiverr. Every time you update the app code, do we have to have a new build? Can we just use the old version?

one of your team members updated the wordpress site after i renewed support (for the third time). However, the app is still crashing in a number of ways. When i try to use Arabic language on the app, it crashes. When i try to use Amharic, it crashes. When the membership feature is activated and configured, it crashes. Very confusing. And remember i have paid to your mobile app theme twice to building the app after i bought the code from codecanyon. Can you be kind enough, to check out the app as to what is wrong? Update the app to ensure it works nornally-- of course you will charge me I know it. My problem is that the app and the theme never worked normally even for a day - and users think your app is a joke.

I checked the payment history and found that you paid $250 in October 2022 for the app build service and $100 in November 2022 for the app submission service, as I know.
Please note that the app build service was a one-time service. As far as I remember, we rebuilt the app for you 3 to 4 times in one payment, as additional issues were reported even after the build was completed and the app was submitted.
Since it has been about 3 years, the app and its related technologies have gone through many updates. Unlike WordPress plugins, mobile apps do not update automatically. To make the app work properly with the latest changes, it would need to be rebuilt using the most recent codebase.
At this time, I’m sorry to let you know that we are not available to provide app build support.

As far i remember I paid twice for $250 and another $100 for the submission. if you built it three or four times, as you claimed, why did the app failed to function properly. I also renewed support for the third time and every time your team asks me same question as ( It could be a strategy to exhaust users) .and nothing gets fixed.
The issue comes down to this : the app and the team is not working. And It is not fair for me to delete your app and the theme and replace it with another one after wasting four years and the financial resources i did not have (mind you i have paid for other developers too).
So the option is working to fix it until it works fine. Help me identify the problem so that I have something to tell freelancers what to fix. I would love if your team fixes your own product (and you will charge the charge you usually charge) but you declined. It would have been nice to be considerate to your clients.

Ok thanks for that. FYI, that was not the only cost on my part but i am not going to share it here. The point is to resolve the problem. let us fix the wordpress and then identity what is working and what is not working in the app. Then you can provide me instruction to inform app developers what to focus on when they update the code

I honestly regret buying this App >>> The documentation is absolutely terrible and incredibly disorganized — it doesn’t even match what’s shown in your YouTube tutorial! The whole setup process was a nightmare; nothing works as described, and it caused me endless errors and wasted hours trying to fix things that should have been simple.
Your code is chaotic, inconsistent, and full of poor practices that make customization almost impossible. The difference between the documentation and the actual project is shocking. I expected a professional product, but this experience has been nothing short of frustrating.
I deeply regret wasting my time and money on this. Definitely not recommending this to anyone.

I’ve been asked multiple times whether I purchased the “installation service” or just the app — and honestly, I don’t understand the point of that question. So you’re basically saying my issues won’t be solved unless I pay you extra for setup and development? That’s completely unacceptable.
You’re ignoring the real problems with the product itself. The documentation is absolutely wrong and misleading, and the YouTube tutorial is totally different from the actual code. Without ChatGPT, tons of research, and watching countless YouTube videos, I wouldn’t have been able to fix even a few of the issues. But why should I have to spend days trying to figure out things that should already be clear and ready?
I’m a developer myself — even though React Native isn’t my main field — I can still understand and work with code. But that doesn’t justify how chaotic and poorly written your docs are.
And here’s the biggest question: how are we supposed to update the app? Since I purchased it, I haven’t done a single update because there’s no clear process or explanation! You completely ignore this question every time.
