How enabled the each Election Type?
Hello When you add the election type, you will be able to change the status
But I cannot add election type in the Demo. From here, I am trying to explore if this would be a fit for our practice so that we could come up a decision to acquire this system.

Hello There is no need for you to create voters manually… When a user registers on your website, they will automatically act as a voter. Currently, there is no option to add voters in bulk — but we can add that feature as a customization. Thank you for contacting us.
