I want to be clear that I already contacted the seller on Telegram as requested, so this is not a case of the buyer failing to reach out. Despite following the seller’s instructions, the support experience was still disappointing. The main issue is the lack of proper resolution, weak follow-up, and delayed assistance. Redirecting buyers to Telegram is not the same as actually providing dependable support.
On Telegram, the support was not truly helpful, and in some cases it felt like I was being asked to pay again for updates to the app, even though some of these changes should clearly be manageable through proper documentation and regular product maintenance. I have also seen that other buyers have expressed similar concerns, so this does not appear to be an isolated experience.
Buyers are not just paying for a script or app. They are also expecting reasonable after-sale support, clear guidance, and honest follow-through. That has not been my experience here.
I asked a simple question on March 27th via Telegram, and he said he’d contact me on Monday (March 30th). There was no response. I wrote to him again on April 3rd, and he had no idea what I was talking about. I explained it again that same day, April 3rd, and to this day, my Telegram messages haven’t reached him. A simple question with no answer. Why doesn’t the application log the client out if I turn off the active code? The function doesn’t do anything; it’s just there for the sake of it. If I turn off the code or delete it, at least on the next app launch, it should log the client out.

Hello. Excellent update. For the next update you can add that you can use the control buttons to down and up channels from the channel.

Are you the actual developer or someone using another developer to create this for you,because there really no excuse on earth to explain why it takes a full GOOD developer to update a script 3 months or more?I dont owe this yet because im waiting to see the outcome of next so called update!While the price is a bit expensive,its the lack of frequent updates thats keeping potenicial customers like me from buying
