Hi, My New suggestion Right now, for example, if the current time is 12:59 PM, the 1:00 PM slot becomes available for users to book within one minute. In reality, it is not possible for a provider to reach the customer’s location so quickly.
regarding the time slots:
To solve this, we need an option in the admin panel or provider panel where they can set a delay. For example: “Show available slots starting from current time + 1 hour / 2 hours / X hours.” Based on this setting, the system should display time slots only after the selected buffer time.
Also, currently slots are generated every 30 minutes. We need an option to change this interval, so the admin or provider can set custom slot durations such as every 60 minutes, 90 minutes, or any preferred interval.

SUGGESTION: On the website’s home page, customers must first select their location before accessing the website’s services. Is it possible to automate this process? When customers connect to the website, they are asked if they want to share their location. If they answer YES, the system automatically loads their location and redirects them to the home page. Do the same for the mobile app.
- MOBILE APPLICATION: Provide the option to display applications in a grid or list format. On the home page, services are displayed in a list from right to left. There must be enough categories to fill the home page. Please provide the option to display the desired number of services from top to bottom, similar to the product layout on an e-commerce site.
This will allow for fairly smooth control of the home page.

Regarding the issue you mentioned 6 days ago, we did run the sync test on the same day.
About the timeline, I want to honestly share the current situation: we are currently in the testing phase for our next update. Our plan is that once this update is released, we will start working on the vulnerability fixes immediately the next day and then release a new update with those corrections.
These vulnerability fixes will require several days because they involve updating the CodeIgniter version and some core libraries. From a technical perspective, updating to newer versions sometimes brings major changes, so we need to proceed carefully to ensure everything is stable.

No sir, currently we do not have a Service Zone feature. To show nearby providers, we use the Maximum Serviceable Radius setting in the Admin Panel.
For example, if you set the Maximum Serviceable Radius to 10 KM or 10 Miles, the system will show all providers available within that 10 KM/Miles radius from the customer’s selected location.

I had added the Custom Service feature in the bottom bar and profile section, but users didn’t understand it and weren’t using it. Then I made a simple card and placed it on the category page — within an hour, I received a custom booking. So that’s clearly the right place for it. I just felt like sharing that.
In your app also, you’ve added it in the bottom bar and on the website in the profile section, but users aren’t really using it. It’s a great feature — if you place it on the category page, everyone will start using it.
Category page means the section where the services start — just before the services begin.
We have been checking your demo user demo for two or three days, then after selecting any service, after selecting schedule time, we select payment option then continue nothing happens it seems there is some issue going on on your server side

Regarding your suggestion, it is possible that if we allow direct sharing of contact numbers between customer and provider, they might directly make deals offline next time to avoid commission and take extra discounts personally. This becomes a challenge for any platform owner in terms of revenue control.
So currently, we do not have plans to integrate such a feature. Still, I have noted this point, and in the future we might implement this with dynamic settings based on platform needs.
