This issue is caused by a recent update on WhatsApp which changed some internal behaviors. We have already fixed it and will submit a new updated version to CodeCanyon for review tomorrow. When we add the proxy port number, it shows as invalid. How can we fix this issue?

Also, today we tested messaging between two accounts. Messages were delivered successfully between one pair, but when we tried sending messages between another two accounts, the messages were not delivered at all.

Please make sure you are using an HTTP proxy (IP:Port format only). Also ensure the proxy is valid and working. You can test it first before adding it to the software.

Please make sure that the account is selected in the software before sending messages. If no account is selected, messages will not be sent.

We have 100 new WhatsApp accounts and would like guidance on the warm-up process. Since all the accounts are new, is it recommended to add all of them at the same time, or are there limitations we should be aware of?

For new WhatsApp accounts, we strongly recommend warming them up gradually, not all at once.

You can warm up multiple accounts at the same time, but each account must run independently with low activity.

Avoid adding all 100 accounts or sending actions simultaneously at high volume.

Start with small, human-like actions (chat replies, light messaging) and increase slowly over several days.

Using different IPs/proxies per account is highly recommended for safety.

Best practice: Warm up in batches (for example 5–10 accounts at a time), then scale up gradually.

This approach significantly reduces the risk of restrictions or bans.

Bought two weeks ago, used only 1-2 times, every day in the process of updating, waiting for review and download Quick reply here but very slow response on telegram/whatsapp when ask for latest version Completely frustrated on waiting for those updates, can u solve the problem please? WhatsApp updates on your phone are independent from our tool.

You only need to update our software when we release a new version on CodeCanyon.

Can you add an “Update” button inside the system? Because this is a CodeCanyon product, all official updates must still be downloaded from your CodeCanyon account. However, in a future version we can add a “Check for Update” / “Open Download Page” button that:

Opens the official CodeCanyon download page, or

Shows the latest available version and update instructions.

For now, whenever we release a new version, you only need to:

Download it from CodeCanyon, and

Replace/overwrite the old files (no need to fully uninstall every time).

Yes, at the moment all WhatsApp accounts work under the same IP. This does not affect the warming process — the software still warms accounts safely and gradually, and many users use it successfully without proxies.

However, for users who prefer separate IPs, we will add full proxy support in future updates.
