Regardless of which license you purchase, it will be valid for only one domain. After activating a Regular license, you will be able to import 7,000 tools. With the Extended license, 12,000 tools will be available. You can also find this information in the documentation > https://docs.modeltheme.com/toolboxai-saas/#license
I must say, you’ve built a wonderful script and the support has been excellent — great job!
However, I’d like to suggest a couple of feature improvements for future updates:
1. Notify the admin via email whenever a user lists a new tool.
2. Notify the user via email once their tool has been reviewed and approved or declined by the admin.
These notifications will make the workflow smoother and improve communication between users and the admin. Thanks again for your great work!

Yes you can do that. You can replace the content of the AI Tools with anything else. You can also add more fields directly from the dashboard.

Is it mandatory to use the Toolbox AI theme with the Toolbox AI plugin, or can I use other themes as well?
If other themes are supported, how can I showcase the tools on my website? Are there any shortcodes available for displaying tools? What is the shortcode for the “Submit Tool” page or feature?
No, its not required to use the Toolbox theme. It supports any theme that is compatible with WooCommerce and Elementor.
“Submit tool” is done from the My Account and showcasing the tools on your pages with Elementor widgets.

Yes, the plugin was installed, but when I tried importing the theme from Addons, the following message appeared: “Download failed: Your purchase was made after the Intro Offer period (September 1, 2025). To access the download, purchase an Extended License.”

Does it support RTL?
The plugin is fully compatible with WPML, and all strings from both the plugin and theme are translatable. However, RTL support is not yet included. If you choose to purchase the extended license, we’d be happy to develop and include full RTL compatibility in our update by the end of the week.

Hi Team, I am willing to buy extended version. Could you please let me know Which payments gateways are available. For Indian business only Razorpay is accepting new business. Stripe and PayPal are not accepting as of now. Is RazorPay available in existing your existing gateways? If not will you be able to add it?
The payments are made through WooCommerce, you can check this addon: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-razorpay/ which it seems to be compatible.
