1. You can have both subscriptions and one time payments. Default is one time payment.
2. Right now all external links are no-follow. We can do a modification based on your requirements on the external links *(if you have an extended license).

Our live demo is not optimized as we used high-quality images. We have no caching enabled at this moment on the live preview. With some optimization and caching the score would be 90-100%.
We’ll enable caching soon. So far we don’t do this as we still add more updates day by day.
