Hi, Meta Official APIs can be used to send bulk marketing whatsapp msgs to any number of contacts however make sure all those contacts have subscribed to your notifications in any form like showed interest in your ads, campaign or newsletter.

You can send bulk notifications to your customers not to a random list as if they will mark it spam your reputation can be affected.

  • Chat Labels: Ability to label and categorize chats for better organization.
  • User Notes & Ratings: Option for side notes within chats and star ratings for customer feedback.

Is there an option to use an external API that isn’t the official Meta API? My client base is really stingy when it comes to paying for this service and even has difficulty configuring it.

wanted to ask how this work , so if a user first send a message with keyword then is responded to by the bot , if the user does not respond on the next flow with a certain keyword , the conversation will not continue , so how will the user know which keyword to user given its just random customer who just saw our facebook ad on facebook .

Automation is meant to reply on certain occasions. If user doesn’t reply then the chat doesnt proceed. You can setup the automation accordingly without waiting for user reply and keep sending msgs with gaps.

you didnt really reply me , lets we sale laptops and our keyword is laptop , if users type laptops then the chatbot asks the user what type of laptop do you want ? and if user gives a offtopic answer like replying that Toyota Motor Cars which is not related to laptop , the script is not responding . Also if possible can you provide a video or documentation

For thatz you need to train your AI from open ai platform then AI will reply as per your business.
