Hi, I’m using MartFury Multivendor/Marketplace v1.41.2.1 and noticed a possible bug: store social links (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp, etc.) do not show on the store detail page, even when “Hide store social links?” is unchecked and the vendor social fields are filled correctly. Other hide options (address/phone/email) work as expected; only social links stay hidden. Can you confirm if this is a known issue and if there’s an official fix/patch? Also, would purchasing the Extended License solve this, or would the same issue remain?

One small UI note: on the “All stores” / store listing page, the social icons are present but appear hidden until hover (likely due to color contrast on my theme/background). I had to add a small CSS adjustment so they remain visible without hover.

My access was suspended because I requested a refund for another script, so I lost that access. However, the error is occurring when downloading the file from the cloud; it’s a “Cannot download files” error. It only works when it’s hosted on an external link. I hope this helps.

hi when I open /sitemap.xml, it does not show my website pages or product URLs. Instead, it displays hundreds of automatically generated sitemap files None of these sitemap files contain my actual product or page URLs. Because of this, Google is unable to properly crawl or index my website.

Try to check and delete file public/sitemap.xml, then it should use our sitemap which generated automatically from code.

I am very frustrated by the number of issues that emerge with each update rather than being resolved. If your team is unable to commit to professional, quality releases, please let us know so we can discontinue receiving updates that create more problems than they solve.
I am tired of repeatedly reporting the issues you must notice and test.
Current new problems:
1. When a vendor adds products with variants through their dashboard, customers receive an error message stating “Product is not published yet” when attempting to add to card or buy now, even though the product is published and approved already. However, if the product and variants are added via admin dashboard then everything works fine.
2. When accessing the vendor dashboard in a language other than the site’s default language, the edit, delete, and language translation options are not visible. The only workaround is to use Firefox, access the site through the default language, and perform a hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R) to see these options in the vendor account dashboard.
3. The product addition page (.com/vendor/products/create or com/vendor/products/edit) fails to save translations sometimes and instead displays an error message, then automatically signs out the user.
I respectfully request that your team either release bug-free updates or halt releases that introduce these critical issues.

Please try to go to System Updater and click on “Re-install the latest version” button, then check again.
For issue 1, you will need to go to products in vendor dashboard and save it again to update variations status, then it should work.
While my script was updated to the latest, just reinstalled the most recent update now again. Did your recommendation and NOTHING! Same old issues exist. It does not work.

I want to bring to your attention several issues we are currently experiencing with our website while using the CDN. These issues are affecting caching, performance, and some front-end functionality and should be reviewed and addressed. Currently, the CDN is not caching most content, with a cache hit ratio of only around 12%, origin offload at about 6%, and overall cache coverage of roughly 15%. This means that the majority of requests, including HTML pages, assets, and API responses, are still being served directly from the origin server, which limits the benefits of the CDN in terms of performance and reducing server load.
In addition, several scripts are generating errors or warnings in the browser console that may impact functionality. For example, h1-check.js produces the error TypeError: can’t access property “then”, a.default.detectStore(...) is undefined, which appears to affect store detection or other interactive front-end features. Similarly, lockdown-install.js shows warnings such as SES Removing unpermitted intrinsics… Removing intrinsics. MapPrototype .getOrInsert and Removing intrinsics. WeakMapPrototype .getOrInsert, indicating that some scripts are modifying core JavaScript objects. While these warnings are mostly safe, they could interfere with caching or other scripts.
There are also font and icon issues that need attention. Several downloadable fonts, including Linearicons and FontAwesome, are generating warnings like Glyph bbox was incorrect, which can result in icons not rendering correctly. The affected sources include .com/themes/martfury/fonts/Linearicons/Linearicons.ttf and .com/themes/martfury/plugins/font-awesome/fonts/fontawesome-webfont.woff2?v=4.6.3. In addition, some assets are returning 404 errors, such as bootstrap.min.css.map, with a total of roughly 95 errors observed. These missing assets reduce CDN effectiveness and slow page load.
The site is also generating a high number of 301 redirects around 92 observed in one hour which may be caused by HTTP → HTTPS or www → non-www redirections, or by scripts enforcing canonical URLs. These unnecessary redirects increase load and delay page delivery. Furthermore, there are source map errors for CSS and JS files, which prevent proper debugging but do not break the site. Some scripts and font files may also conflict with caching, preventing the CDN from functioning as intended.
Overall, I suggest reviewing and fixing the scripts causing errors (h1-check.js and lockdown-install.js), ensuring fonts and icons are correctly loaded, fixing missing assets and broken paths, reviewing caching headers and scripts that prevent CDN caching, and addressing unnecessary redirect chains.

The CDN (Fastly) is in front of my website, but it can’t cache our HTML pages because the origin responds with Cache-Control: no-cache, private and multiple Set-Cookie headers even for anonymous GET /. Fastly’s default behavior is to bypass cache for private responses that set cookies, so every request becomes a MISS and hits origin.
Please:
For anonymous GETs to cacheable pages (home, categories, products), don’t start a session / don’t set cookies, and send cacheable headers like: Cache-Control: public, max-age=60, s-maxage=60 and Surrogate-Control: max-age=300.
Keep cart/checkout/account/admin as no-store and non-cacheable.

Also in the checkout page, you cannot remove an item from the cart at that stage. You cannot select 0 to have it removed. You need to go to the home page and from /cart remove an item rather than being also able to remove it from /checkout

As our logic, we don’t want to add an option to remove products from the cart at the checkout page, we want customer to focus on the checkout process, if you change their mind and want to remove some products, they need to back to the cart to adjust their cart.
It’s the same logic as many big ecommerce sites.

For buy now and add to cart button in Arabic, the text is too long, so it doesn’t have enough space to display it on the same line, that why it goes to the next line.
If you want to keep it on the same line, please go to Settings → Theme translations and reduce width Arabic translations for buy now and add to cart button, change to another shorter word.

MartFury and Shofy have the same features. They are just different in front theme UI. All features are almost the same.
Shofy has 2 more functions, that is top announcement and fake sale notification at the bottom.
And it has 5 included themes.
MartFury design is expensive, so we have to sell it at a higher price. If you don’t care much about UI, you should buy Shofy instead of MartFury.
