After loading the website, it takes several seconds for the cryptocurrency prices to appear. During this time, a white background is displayed instead of the widget that should show the prices. This delay feels unprofessional, as visitors have to wait a noticeable amount of time for the data to load.
Additionally, I tested the website on a mobile device today, and in that case, the prices did not load at all. Instead, the white background remained visible.
Is there a way to adjust the plugin settings to ensure the prices load faster or appear more seamlessly? Alternatively, do you have any suggestions on how we can improve this loading behavior?

Regarding the delay in loading cryptocurrency prices, this behavior occurs because the coin data is initially fetched and stored in cache when the page loads for the first time. This process can cause a brief delay in displaying the data. However, once the data is cached, page reloads should show the information much faster.
For the issue with mobile devices, we tested it on our end and the coin prices are loading properly in mobile view.

The displayed prices may vary due to the cache set time, which is configured for intervals of 5, 10, or 15 minutes. In contrast, live changes take effect immediately.
You have the option to adjust the settings by navigating to the API settings and selecting the desired cache time.
