my server is working since long time with many domain and many versions of php are installed in different domain..i am using Plesk not cpanel!!

It looks like the issue is happening because your Plesk server is running PHP 8.3, but the script is not fully compatible with it. From the error flow you shared:
Initial Error – php: command not found happened because the script’s DBHelper.php was calling php directly, while Plesk uses a specific PHP binary path (/opt/plesk/php/8.3/bin/php). You already fixed this by editing the PHP path.
New Error – “Purchase code registration failed” generally occurs when the server environment fails to process the request correctly, often due to:
PHP version incompatibility (8.3 may cause certain Laravel or dependency issues).
Missing PHP extensions required for the purchase code verification API (e.g., curl, mbstring, openssl, json, zip, pdo_mysql).
Server blocking outbound requests (firewall restrictions)
Switch to PHP 8.2 in Plesk for this domain. The script is tested and stable on PHP 8.1–8.2, not 8.3.
Ensure all required extensions are enabled in Plesk for that PHP version.

you are assuming every user will install it using the cpanel !!! your script having problem finding the php artisan path is not trusted to be used for business!!!

during installation it passed the server requirements, changing php did not solve the issue ..the only thing would solve it is the correct php artisan which i made to install on php 8.3 but how about the cron job command do you have the right command to be working on plesk?

What do you mean by Resale Right, And does it mean the Regular License can’t be used by multiple users for topUp and Billing? Secondly, can The Regular License purchase used or uploaded or register in both Appstotre and Playstore. And how many end-users can the Regular License app accommodate?
The Regular License allows one project for personal or client use, including multiple end-users using features like top-up and billing. However, it does not allow resale or offering the app as a paid service. You can upload the app to App Store and Play Store, but for monetization or commercial usage, the Extended License is required.
