Hi, I uninstalled and re-enabled your script and it returned the error “License key is being used”, so I uninstalled it again to reinstall it again and again and it returned the error “419 Page Expired!”. What does it means?

What do you mean by “my support has expired”? Do I have to pay for help with your script that doesn’t work? Furthermore, we were never able to use it properly because it kept disappearing and we had to reinstall it each time. So please reset it as you did for other users 3 days ago in this thread: “You Just ask here. We’ll reset your purchase code.”
Your support expired after the standard 6-month period, which means you used the product for months without raising any issue. The script works perfectly — For your information, other users provided the required details in mail, which is why we assisted them
The script is malfunctioning. I’m not the only one complaining: five days ago, another user reported critical issues saying “it has critical issues because it deactivates constantly and causes failures in the…” just a few messages below. You are aware of this problem. So you don’t want to reset my script that I purchased, no worries, my review will cost much more.
We never declined your request to reset the purchase code. We simply asked you to send the email and purchase code details so we could verify it from our side. This is a normal process, and you were already given the link to contact us through our profile page.

I updated the plugin today (15 Nov 2025) and followed the documentation to re-verify the license.

We have fixed notification bar and bot flow builder related issue in new release update version 411. Regarding mobile number filter on the chat screen, it only displays numbers whith which you have sent messages. In the recent version, we optimized the chat loading process so it only loads the first 20 chats. Since, in your initial 20 chats, messages were sent only from a single number, that is the only number appearing in the dropdown.
all working fine, the Marketing Automation is not triggering the flow templates, when the status changes in projects, Please address that as well.
Will see and fix it in next version if we found any issue.

Hello. I have Perfex SaaS and I saw that an extended license is required. My question is: does it work correctly with tenants using a custom domain, subdomain, or a route within our main domain? For example: mydomain.com, mydomain.com/ps/client1, sub.mydomain.com, customdomain.com.
I already purchased the code with a regular license, but it has critical issues because it deactivates constantly and causes failures in the SaaS. It also does not allow adding another license for the tenants.
My question is: how exactly does the extended license work? Do you have any guide or documentation?
Additionally, will the same issue occur with the extended license? In other words, will it also deactivate constantly in the same way?

All other modules I have purchased work in the tenant platforms. Why is yours different?

As per Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API policy, you cannot send messages automatically to anyone who hasn’t contacted you first.
You are only allowed to reply once a user initiates the conversation.
Businesses cannot push unsolicited messages.

I need to perform maintenance on my CRM, and when I tried to reinstall the module, it said my purchase code was invalid and needed to be reset. The problem is that when I tried to open a ticket as requested, it said the support had expired and asked me to renew. In this case, I don’t need support, but rather to reinstall a product I paid for; there was no change to the installation domain. It makes no sense to charge for a support renewal to release a product the customer paid for.

We never force anyone to renew support — that is always your choice. The support renewal is only for getting assistance beyond the free support period.
Regarding your license activation and domain, we often see the same concern come up because many customers don’t remember the exact details of their original activation. Anyway, your purchase code has now been reset, and you can proceed with the installation.

Hi, I uninstalled the WhatsBot module due to issues after switching the connected Facebook/WhatsApp account (incoming messages stopped).
