Our manual withdrawal and manual deposit methods do not use live currency exchange rates. The reason is that users can enter any custom or unsupported currency during manual operations, which may not be supported by live exchange services. If live rates were forced in such cases, it would cause system errors. Therefore, this feature is intentionally not included in our script

2. One of the major issues is that when we want to create a new page, the spacing between containers is extremely large — more than 130 pixels — which is not acceptable and must be fixed. Also, the number of components is very limited, and when we try to create a component, it is very basic and lacks any useful features. In its current state, this section is practically unusable.

4. The WooCommerce plugin contains technical issues and cannot be published on the WordPress marketplace. Additionally, the script cannot be translated into Arabic because it does not support RTL styling.
5. In the regular user panel, users should be able to create a payment link, but this feature is missing. Please enable this option for standard users as well.
6. When a vendor uses the WooCommerce plugin, their website does not support direct payment. Instead, the customer is redirected to our website and must create an account and complete the payment there. This process is frustrating and time-consuming for the vendor’s customers, and most users abandon the payment. You should simplify the payment flow so that the customer is redirected directly to the vendor’s selected payment gateway.

You can access your site using the secret key you set in the Maintenance Mode settings. Just visit the URL like this: yoursite.com/yourSecretKeyValue. Replace yourSecretKeyValue with the exact key you entered.

The payment link should be available for users as well, not just for merchants. And manual gateways (like JazzCash, EasyPaisa, etc.) should also be visible on the payment link.

I don’t understand two things:
(1) When a user makes a deposit or withdrawal, they first select a wallet. Then, they choose a payment gateway available for that wallet. So, how can we add different payment methods for each wallet from the admin panel?
(2) The wallet should be shown according to the user’s country — meaning, the user should see one USD wallet and one wallet in their own local currency. How can this be done?
1. From the admin panel, you can create deposit and withdrawal methods for each gateway based on its supported currency. Each method can have its own fee, limits, and individual configuration. When a user selects a wallet, only the gateway methods whose currency matches the wallet currency will be shown.
2. Our script does not currently include a built-in option to show wallets based on user location or local currency. However, if you need this feature, we can customize it for you. Please contact our support email for assistance.

You can integrate a credit system to release credit to users so they can pay in installments! A credit system with a scoring system that displays scores at various levels depending on the customer’s history!
For live notifications (working without page reload), you need to set up your Pusher API. Please go to “yoursite.com/admin/settings/notification” and configure your Pusher API keys. Once done, notifications will start working instantly without reloading.

Once set, conversions will work smoothly. If you prefer local currency conversion without API, simply share your server login credentials — our team can update the code for you to make it work locally. Notifications require the Laravel Queue Worker to be active. As mentioned in our documentation (Step 6: Run the Queue Worker), please follow one of these options:

The exchange rate currently showing is the default local value, which appears when the live API is disabled or has reached its limit. In the next update, we’ll add a local exchange rate feature so it works even without an API.
Strollwallet is in demo mode — since no API is configured, deposits won’t work. After purchase, once you set your API, deposits will function normally. If not, our support team will assist you.
