Currently, users are not provided with a date-wise view of captured screenshots in the Desktop application. Screenshots are managed and viewed based on the existing system structure. If required, we can explore adding date-wise filtering or grouping as a customization.
Timer Reset on Clock Out/In: The timer resetting after clocking out and starting again from zero is the intended behavior. Each session is treated independently in the Desktop application. The cumulative time for the day is calculated and reflected in the Web application, which serves as the central reporting interface.
We will review this further to validate the timer resetting and ensure everything is working as expected. If any discrepancy is found, we will address it accordingly.
Manual Time (Start/End) Behavior: The “Start Manual Time” and “End Manual Time” actions are designed to log time entries manually rather than control or impact the live running timer. These entries are recorded separately in the system, which is why there is no visible effect on the active timer in the Desktop application.
If you would like these behaviors to be modified or unified (for example, syncing manual time with the live timer or showing cumulative time in the Desktop app), we can definitely review and provide customization options.

Screenshots: In cases where a user has a dual-screen setup, the system captures screenshots only from the primary screen. Irrespective of which screen is active, screenshots are limited to Screen 1.

This is actually the expected behavior of the system and not a bug. In most time-tracking and employee monitoring tools, screenshots are captured only from the primary (visible) screen. The system does not capture screens running in the background or secondary displays simultaneously.
So in a dual-screen setup, only the main screen is considered for screenshots, which is a standard approach followed across similar applications.

1️⃣ Yes, you can upload media attachments in Projects and Tasks. Access is permission-based — users with the roles having manage_media and upload_media permissions can view and upload files.
2️⃣ Yes, the Desktop App automatically pops up when the PC starts. After that, the user can simply clock in to begin tracking their working hours.
