You offered a lot of things inside your script, which is really good. I spent a lot of time with your support to fix multiple issues. Finally, I got tired. That’s why I didn’t respond there after that. Honestly, you made a product that is not production-ready. You added features to mail tracking. Most of them are not working properly, but they are still in the script. You solved a captcha issue, but after updating your script, I faced the same issues again. Should I keep knocking on you to fix issues again and again? Then, when will I use it with peace?
I rerated my review based on my experience. No need to share screenshots as proof. It cannot change my experience.

On your demo, I don’t see where admin can create email templates for clients to use on their emails. Is this feature available? If yes, where can I see this on your demo?
Users can create their own email templates.
This is bad. I am sure you know this, most users (over 90%) are not designers, they want good email but they have no idea how to make it. They will just stare at the blank design screen with no idea what to do. They are just not designers.
You should allow admins create templates and categories (Standard templates, business templates, marketing templates, Holiday wishes templates etc) and users can use them. They can also make minor changes to the template like color (for their brand), logo etc.
Otherwise I am sure I will not get long term clients and would need thousands of $ for marketing every month.
If admin can create good, user friendly templates, then even free trial users will be easily converted to paying customers

I have bought this script and it didn’t work for me at all. At first there was a problem with sending the email, and the installation was properly processed. Now After sometime the script didn’t work, I have tried to re install it and in different domain as well and is not working at all, giving me errors. I regret it to buy this. If you can help reinstalled and try properly set the mail server, I would appreciate it.

Can users configures thier own domains Like sender domain ? and its dns records ? And how does system send emails, ? I have a Mailcow server, does smtp from that work, Does all users i mean customers use that mailcow server to send emails, But my mailcow doesnt send emails from other sender domains, how does it work ? although i can disable sender check for that specific smtp email. My concern is does user can verify thieremail domains ?
The domain is set up through the admin, and users can send emails using the admin’s email provider.

Hello How can I add a lead from a contact form and how can I execute a webhook once the lead arrives or responds to an email?
We really like your product, but we’d need it to be able to connect to an SMTP account and have a place to read incoming and outgoing emails. After receiving an email, we could call a webhook with the email’s content. Could you develop that feature? Thank you.

For Email Verify required any third party api or how its working. i check your demo but i didn’t understand could you please help me so i can make decision. also as a admin i have configured smtp domain after that client add their own domain then it will send email from my domain or clients domain.
As an admin, you need to configure the SMTP settings so that the client can send emails from your domain, while using their own domain as the sender address.
What about email verify how its handle
When you configure your SMTP, you need to on email notification and email verification. Then it will work.
Does it Impact in SMTP server if email is not valid during verify also it will deduct limit from smtp limit
Invalid email won’t go, but your limit will be cut from the package. There is an option to check a valid invalid email.

Yes, it’s possible. When adding a customer, you need to input variable data for each one. Then, when sending emails, each customer will receive a personalized output based on their data.

https://bugfinder.net/user/support-ticket/newhey not sure why I am unable to reply to the review but here’s how things happened, I installed a VPS and I have been doing that for a ton of times and left the VPS to stay like that for a while just a linux installed, then I got your script and installed it and all of a sudden after a day of the app being active I received a warning from the VPS provider that my server is sending a ton of emails to bad data and bad emails overall phishing and whatnot. So sorry but I wasn’t able to reach out to support to fix a critical issue that would’ve blocked me from getting any server afterwards. And I am sorry but I don’t have any trust in your script now unless you give me 100% assurance that the script doesn’t have any vulnerabilities.

How does the email verification work?
When an admin sets the SMTP with an email, from there an OTP is created, and that OTP goes to the user’s email when the user inputs that OTP to the registration field it will work that way.
