Right now, we don’t have that feature to add service, custom column, and add links in invoice.
The demo is getting a 500 error after login.

Hello. Just a pre-sale question. I cannot see a way to create a credit memo (credit note) for an invoice. It’s an important future for accounting. There is no way to add a debit memo as well. Also, it would be great if you could create an invoice without adding pre-saved products—just empty fields for products and services.
Currently, we do not support credit notes. You can add details using the Notes option. Also, invoices cannot be created with empty product fields; products must be selected from pre-saved items.

Yes, it is possible to set a date on the invoice PDF that is automatically generated and sent to customers by email each month.

Do you want to add new languages?
1. Go to app/Models/User.php.
2. You will find a constant named LANGUAGES that contains all the languages currently supported by the product.
3. Add the new language using the language shortcode as the key and the full language name as the value. For example:

5. Next, go to the lang directory an Copy the lang/en folder.
6. Paste it into the same lang directory and rename it using the language shortcode you added (for example, lang/nl).
7. Update the values in all files inside this new language folder with the appropriate translations.
Shared Hosting: - Yes, the application can be installed on shared hosting.
While browsing the demo, there’s no place to record expenses !
You can add expenses in invoices module
That doesn’t make sense since the invoice is a sale and not an expense; the logic doesn’t hold up.

The Invoice System is built with Laravel 10 and PHP 8+.
It also utilizes Laravel packages, so you can easily add new features in the future.
How do you assign multiple users to a company eg.Company A has 3 users .how can you grant them access to company A?
To give multiple users access to a company (e.g., Company A with 3 users):
Create Company A → the system gives it a unique ID. Add the 3 users to the system. Assign Company A’s unique ID to all 3 users. Now, all 3 users can access only Company A’s data.

Hello, I did not see in your demo settings, is it possible to add manual payment methods other than cash such as bank transfers, cheques, etc… ?
Manual payment is already supported by default, which is why you don’t see a separate option in the payment methods. Currently, we don’t provide additional manual options such as bank transfers or cheques.

Currently, this application does not include a built-in POS printer invoice template.

Yes, we provide the option to send invoices via WhatsApp. However, this feature is only available for invoices that are not in draft or paid status.

Still no Bank transfer added to this script for years Admin too cannot share invoice via email and whatsapp
Right now, we don’t have a plan to add a Bank transfer option. We also have share invoice via whatsapp.

We currently do not support automatic recurring billing. Users are required to make payments each month to continue their subscription.
