I do not recommend anyone to buy this system, it does not have API support, the API only in the extended license, which makes no sense, if we are going to need to improve the application, what is the point in this? How are we going to improve the system if we cannot modify it due to not having access to the API, another detail is the very bad and slow support, I bought this system since 2023 if I am not mistaken and I have never been able to run it, it is already bad because the frontend is in Android, to make matters worse the manual is not something that explains all the complete steps in order, the configuration step of the frontend part is mixed in the manual, with the apps, mixed with the Android web! I sincerely regret having bought this system! That’s all I have to say!
The customer app’s design needs improvement, as the home screen, product screen, and product add screen are very ugly. The initial session of this customer app has a dull appearance, with ugly colors and style. This app leaves a lot to be desired in terms of appearance; it’s very ugly. It has good features that can still be improved, such as a page to open the product instead of just going to a simple page to add to cart, etc. Consider improving the appearance of this customer app in future updates.
