The customer app’s design needs improvement, as the home screen, product screen, and product add screen are very ugly. The initial session of this customer app has a dull appearance, with ugly colors and style. This app leaves a lot to be desired in terms of appearance; it’s very ugly. It has good features that can still be improved, such as a page to open the product instead of just going to a simple page to add to cart, etc. Consider improving the appearance of this customer app in future updates.

But if it’s multi-friend, how am I going to have several stores? As the owner, I have several restaurants. So, how am I going to register them all, since I can do everything the same and just change what some stores don’t sell, do you agree?

The application lacks many basic and essential features!

I recently purchased this product along with the extended support and enterprise installation packages. However, after the purchase, I was informed by their team that the application does not support full branding customization. Only one primary color can be changed, while the rest of the website and application colors remain fixed. This is a very basic and standard feature when setting up any website or application to match brand colors.

Unfortunately, 6AMTech considers this a customization and marks it as out of scope.

Now, I’m stuck. While their response time is prompt, their support criteria are not useful, and they are missing some very basic starting points!

I like the setting of this app and wants it but everything doesn’t looks good. The fonts are fainting, doesn’t look good like your other multi vendor app, if it was possible to use stackfood multi vendor app as single app I would 10 times prefer it design, setting and fonts style. StackFood is specially designed for multi-vendor food businesses, which is why it looks and works differently from eFood, which is meant for single-vendor use. While StackFood is not made for single-vendor setups by default, eFood can be customized to match your preferred style with the help of a developer.

This script should receive more frequent updates for bug fixes and critical errors. The design of all applications should also be improved to make it more attractive to visitors. Hi I have questions Is there a option for editing live orders like running order on table 1 and he orders 1 water bottle through by waiter or through qr will it be updated or will admin can add the item so he get it on same bill number And is there any option for bill to be get splitting option

Sir, Currently, the eFood script does not support editing live or running orders. Once an order is placed, any additional items—whether added by a waiter or through QR—will be processed as a new, separate order with a different bill number.

Additionally, the system does not have a bill-splitting feature at this time.

When users try to sign up through the app, the OTP is not being received via email. As a result, the signup process gets stuck and cannot be completed.

Additionally, the app sometimes works fine, but other times it freezes on the splash screen and does not proceed further.

I’ve been reporting this QR code issue for a while now, but you’ve been ignoring it for reasons I won’t go into here right now.
I’m surprised that there’s no change in the new version 11.4 released today.

1) This section /admin/business-settings/restaurant/qrcode-index in the dashboard is useless.
2) Page Links in Emails are redirecting users to a page with your own branding. Question: What this means? Answer: User must know that 6amtech is the author of the script same as each time we are updating the script.
3) Social Media is nor appearing in Emails
