Hey, I purchased this script and unfortunately most of the features advertised are not functional. For example, as a single user, i can’t disable subscription plans. Since i am not using it for third parties and not as SAAS, i should be able to disable some features i do not need. I can’t disable many modules also for the main home page. I hope i won’t have to start going into the scripts to comment in and out sections on the main webpage? Why? and what is the way out please?

This is a SaaS-based application with a fully dynamic system. You can manage and control everything from the Super Admin (Landlord) panel, including settings, features, and configurations. All components are flexible and can be updated directly from the admin panel.
Please note, specific features cannot be disabled individually. However, if you require custom development or additional modifications, you are free to customize the code as needed—there are no restrictions in our source code. A non-SaaS version may be released in the future.

Does this software have the most important feature of automatically sending/creating monthly rental invoices by cron job? The monthly rental invoice creation takes the most time so this is the most important feature

J’ai refusé de vous donner un accès total à mon compte Google Play pour des raisons évidentes de sécurité, mais cela ne justifie pas le refus de livraison de ces fichiers. La première version avait été déjà publiée par un freelance, donc il faudra tout simplement le fichier JKS et le nouveau fichier .AAB mis à jour.
J’ai acheté ce script, mais le développeur exige un accès total à mon serveur et à mon compte Google Play, ce que j’ai refusé pour des raisons de sécurité. Depuis, il refuse de me fournir les fichiers (.JKS et .AAB). Cela dure depuis plusieurs semaines et bloque mon projet. Soyez prudents.
is it possible to setup rental agreement expiry notification? For eg the landlord should get a notification that the rental agreement is going to expire in x months or days.
