Has anyone had any challenges with the OpenAI webhook for Sora 2 and getting Sora 2 to run? I’m continually getting Received HTTP 500 error when testing the webhook for events video.completed and video.failed. All other events are successful when testing the webhook.
All of my configuration seems correct in the app and within OpenAI. I have properly created the API and Webhook connections. I’m not seeing any issues on the OpenAI side of the house with reporting bugs. I have plenty of credits with OpenAI. All other OpenAI models work perfectly. It is just the video related Sora models and when testing in the OpenAI dev tools I see the 500 errors. Anyone else experience this and how did you solve?

I’m sharing back that the webhook 500 test error in OpenAI dev tool is expected. The app works well. This is not a bug. Thank you for insight from Aikeedo team.

2. If you are referring to OpenAI, then yes, it is sufficient to run the app. However, you should note that some features are not available solely through the OpenAI integration.
3. The app includes options for bank payments and custom payment methods for offline payments. If you would like, we can also build a custom integration for you with one of the supported payment gateways in your country.
4. The Black Friday discount is available only for the Extended License and is currently live. Kindly note that even if you charge end users outside of the app (offline charges), an Extended License is required. A Regular License is suitable only for personal use, testing, and development purposes.

The server-files zip was initially installed on domain 1. Since I was testing it on my dev server, and now it has gone into production on a new domain. If you can unblock this for me, it’d be great! Since the new installation says “Max usage count reached”. Please help me remove this flag. The old domain is no longer in use.

Suggestion: Use ffmpeg to reduce the audio size before sending it to Whisper. For example, by speeding up a 5-minute audio file with ffmpeg and then sending it to Whisper, you can lower the costs. This works both for transcription and for the voice chat feature, where you can speak instead of typing the prompt.

Yes, it’s possible. Both assistants and templates can be reordered in the admin section once the sorting order is set to Manual.

Technically, this is possible since Assistants in the app allow you to train them with custom files. However, please keep in mind that uploading a large number of files to a single Assistant may not be practical, as it could impact app performance. A better approach might be to create multiple Assistants, each with one or a few books uploaded.

Kindly note that we do not maintain a list of changed files between versions, as this is impractical for the following reasons:
- Most releases contain numerous updates across various parts of the codebase. - The update process involves more than just file changes; safe updates also require handling data migrations, database schema changes, and related tasks.
The most reliable way to track changes between versions is by using a version control system like Git. This allows you to compare versions, review diffs, and apply your customizations to the new release without losing your work.

Its a good start for the AI assistants – now put value to them by making them embeddable, ability to make image-based or video based chatbots.
Additionally, if possible, you can have functionality to for the admin to be able to make templates that aren’t just text but also video-based/image-based. This way, it can be easy to create things like templates for creating image or video ads, presentations etc.

also, have the chat interface accessible when not logged-in, people then can redirected to login when they try to send a prompt for high conversion rates
