File paths are related to Perfex CRM and not our theme. This is not caused by our theme.

there is a very serious problem that I only realized today. I’ve already had the theme installed for a week but some customers have told me that they cannot accept the proposals I send. I did some testing and it’s actually true. The proposals, if viewed from a desktop PC, can be accepted without problems. However, if they are opened from a smartphone, when the customer clicks on “accept”, the screen becomes opaque and there is no possibility of entering the signature data to accept the proposal. Please fix this annoying bug immediately. For the moment I necessarily had to deactivate the theme because it is not usable that way

the file is very old version, it’s on 2019. I need the latest file updated on 2022. pls check my ticket 31272

Latest updates ensure compatibility with last core version of the CRM, thus you may find small file changes or no updates at all. There is no need for an update, when it comes to parts of it that have a perfect working state.

Admin theme and Customer theme are two different themes. You can have one of them or both enabled, thats correct.
You can alter the code of it and apply it to your CRM – in case thats inside your coding familiarization. We cannot provide support for custom development.
Yes, you can do customizations at our items and use them locally in production, however, all custom development tasks are up to you.

Exactly. If you purchase a customer area (frontend) theme – the one comments section here is owned by – it will not affect your admin area.

I saw the comment from AnalogMind and bought the module. Support says such thing is a customization and not included… What a bummer! I have white icons now and no text out of the box! So menu items are not visible for clients… Ticket #26843 .. Would be helpful if support sends me a snip from an edited PHP file so I can see where to exactly put the text.

Sounds like you are requesting a custom development task, which cannot be included in the support plan.
I suggest that you hire a developer, in case you are not familiar with programming. Our support team can only help you by indicating the place where this mod should occur (after reviewing your ticket I verified that this was done), but cannot go into the basics of HTML/PHP programming.
Is there a way to have that side bar with the icons also show titles with the icons? It makes it very hard and confusing for some people.
Just open up a support ticket after purchase and guys from support will help you convert icons to titles, or add them aswell.
