Where can I edit the individual language files? For the customer files, it’s easy via upload. For the main files, it’s a bit more complicated. 
Is there a specific folder where I can find the file?

Hi, I have a question about the billing structure.
For my business model, I want to charge my customers a flat monthly subscription for using WhatsApp messaging. Meaning: • My customers should NOT need to subscribe to Meta/BSP directly, and • They should NOT pay WhatsApp per message, • Instead, your system should allow me to pay all WhatsApp/API message costs on the backend, and my customers only pay a single monthly fee to us.
So my question is:
Does your tool support this setup? Specifically: 1. Can all WhatsApp API message fees (Meta/BSP charges) be billed to my main account, not to each customer? 2. Can I add multiple clients under my account as sub-accounts or workspaces? 3. Will your system track each client’s message usage so I can manage quotas, fair use, or limits?

you are asking about flow template. this feature will added in future version.
No, I am not asking about any template. It is just getting a user input in a flow builder’s node (example: asking the user to enter their age, profession etc.).
If there is a way to get the user input, it can be sent to an external system’s API (like a CRM) and stored there for further processes.
This is a very important functionality that anybody would expect when the product is demonstrated.

Feature Request: Many users want to charge markup to customer on their message charges. for example, we as service provider can have credit line or we can attach our payment method to clients business manager. And clients instead of paying directly to meta, they will pay us and we can add markup. Example we will ask clients to recharge for 1000 INR, they’ll pay us. we will add for example 1 paisa markup, and when client shoots messages for every message we can get 1 paisa.
Then there can also be option to add markup differently for marketing, marketing lite, utility, auth.
Credit line is a completely different concept and meta is not providing credit line to everyone, moreover if you want to implement credit line then you will require to create a project from scratch. Our script is based on WhatsApp cloud API.
Works. even i dont have credit line. but when we attach clients payment method to Whatsapp cloud API directly, we don’t earn anything. Foe example A client is posting campaign of 1000 contacts of marketing. he is paying 0.78 per message to meta after sending messages. but if you give add-on or feature which can help us in this: Step 1: While setting up clients API, we will attach our payment method (Debit or credit card) in their business manager. Step 2: We will ask client to pay for example INR 1000 to us. Step 3: We will add 1000 messages credit in their panel and where they see their balance. Step 4: We set x% markup on base amount of messages.
So if client send 100 marketing message with 0.78 paisa, we charge for example 1 paisa. So actual message cost 79 paisa. So for every message some amount will be remain as it is in our bank account and remaining amount will be deducted by meta.
I want to know if Bot FLow or any other feature supports time based followup ? like if user did not respond for say 3 days, automatically send next template message ?
no this feature is not avaiable yet.
