Is it possible to synchronise appointments via ICS? It would be sufficient to simply block appointments entered in an external calendar. My software offers this option and I would like to synchronise this way rather than via Google etc.

This looks like a great product, and I’m strongly considering purchasing it for my MSP company. I just have a few quick questions before moving forward:

1. We occasionally receive phone call appointments. Is there a way for me (as the admin) to manually block off those time slots so that clients booking online will see them as unavailable?

2. I noticed that another client inquired about Microsoft integration about two months ago — I’m wondering if that has been implemented yet?

3. Could you please clarify what aspects of your module are similar to Calendly, and where it differs?

From what I understand, if the sync with Google Calendar is only one-way, how does that affect availability? For example, if I already have events on my Google Calendar, will those be reflected as unavailable in your booking module, or do I need to manually re-enter those into the system?

Additionally, if there’s no public booking page available for leads or customers to schedule an appointment — without logging in — then I’m struggling to see how this would function as a standalone appointment tool. Perhaps I’ve misunderstood your response to Affraz’s earlier question, but ideally, there should be a public-facing booking page or link that anyone can access (no login required) to reserve time with me. This is a core feature in tools like Calendly.

If a public page isn’t available, is there at least a way to embed the booking form into my own website?

I know I can create the multiple form to use on multiple business lending page for lead generation so my question is.

1, Can I assign a particular form to particular client and that particular client can see the assign the form all leads data?

2, same for staff if I assign to staff then staff can see the lead data of the particular form?
