I recently purchased this script, and I believe it has great potential. However, I’ve also noticed a certain lack of attention from the developer, mainly due to the number of complaints received and the absence of proper technical support.
At the moment, the system feels incomplete. It’s missing an odontogram, which is a crucial feature for this type of software, and it also lacks services and products modules — both essential for proper invoicing and business management. In addition, there are several key areas that need improvement.
Some of the issues and limitations I’ve found include:
Problems with the currency settings (it can’t be edited or modified).
Logos and the favicon do not save properly.
The top navigation links cannot be customized.
The footer section cannot be edited (the “Developed by” part).
Within the CMS, it’s not possible to add new services or sections — only to edit existing ones. While this could be addressed in future updates, a more critical issue is that some sections do not allow inserting the corresponding links.
Despite these shortcomings, I believe this is not a bad system at all. The developer clearly has a solid foundation — it just needs more attention, refinement, and care. In the dentistry field, where there’s not much competition on Envato, this project could stand out easily if improved and given a more professional focus.

The dentist profile doesn’t work in the demo, and this has already been mentioned here; you can find it in the comments. A month ago, this person, “konstantinosmpezyrtzoglou,” commented that they were having trouble editing coins, and I’m having the same problem. This indicates that it hasn’t been fixed; it should have been included in an update, as it’s a fairly simple issue.

Hello i have several issues with the product. I have sent you an email with screenshots too but got no reply. I can not edit currency and i don’t see the doctors in the online form to choose from for an appointment.

I’m testing the app. In the Financial Activities > Payment > Add Payment section, select Account Name. No options appear, so I can’t save a payment.
