I am currently trying to update my installation from version 33.0.0 directly to version 43.0.0, but I am completely stuck in an error loop and followed all documentation steps.
1. I get a popup notification: “There are no found active installations with this license key. Please go in the /admin/settings/license page and re-enter your license key…” 2. When I try to re-enter my regular license key there and click Update, nothing happens (no confirmation). 3. When I upload the v43 files and try to access the /update path to update the database, the update script doesn’t load. Instead, I get this fatal error: Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function fetch_object() on false in …/app/models/Page.php:35
Because of the fatal error, I cannot reach the “Finish update” button to upgrade the database, and I cannot fix the license issue because the system is crashing. I know my support has expired, but could you please do a quick license reset for my domain or tell me how to bypass this specific database error so I can finish the update?

Unfortunately, the update from v33 to v43 is still completely impossible. > As soon as I upload the v43 files, the entire system crashes with the fatal error (Page.php:35) BEFORE I can even load the /update page. The update page does not work because the v43 files immediately crash with my v33 database.
How can I run the database update if the v43 files immediately crash the site? Do I need intermediate update files (like v38) to bridge the gap?

1 – QR codes are limited per whole account, not per month. (So you can limit an account to X amount of QR codes as a whole).
Only AI QR codes can get a limited amount of QR generations per month
2 – Yes, you can set premium users to unlimited.

Hi, my hosting provider 20i, permits 1 SQL db which is pre-configured to WP so the method to add a User is through the wp_users table for example.
Not sure if this is causing the problem but when I try to finish the installation I receive the message below:
I am using the host values: wordpressdb-i.hosting.stackcp.net and db values: SCWORDPRESS-3132390b49 lifted straight from my WP install.
If this cannot be installed through the WP SQL DB provided by my hosting provider can I use Local instead?

Thats why you also get a database connection failed – as you are not using a proper database account / user combination.

Thanks for the quick reply. The panel used by my hosting service (20i) doesn’t give the option to Add A User to the SQL DB, unless this can be done within the SQL DB as a script? LocalWP is a local web dev
Then you can use the same database user as wordpress, but use the correct one.
Never heard of “20i” – but such a limitation of one database user is really weird. There are a ton of better hosting platforms that offer you more value and more flexibility.

The only change is from original color to the blue color when I enable or disable on the top switch. I also tried to delete the cache.
