can you reset my liscense?
When I select “Send an email” in the action menu, am I required to specify the recipient? Can’t I set the recipient to automatic? (i.e. if the customer has placed an order, after three days, a specific email is sent to the customer).
Hello, Could you add the option to create email layouts so that emails can be sent automatically based on certain conditions? Plain text doesn’t look very nice, and we need to be able to choose the email subject line and build the email.

Hello! I’d like to know if the Marketing Automation module can work directly with native Perfex CRM leads.
Can leads created by the system itself (manually, via import, standard Perfex forms, or via external integrations) be automatically sent to the module’s funnels, lists, or campaigns?
Or does the module only work with leads captured by its own forms?
I would appreciate it if you could clarify this point.
Hi. The Marketing Automation module can work directly with native CRM Leads. It retrieves the Lead list from the CRM’s Leads screen, so no matter how you collect Leads, you can still run campaigns. The only requirement is that the Lead must be stored in the CRM’s Leads screen.

Before purchasing, I would like to confirm two specific features as they are not visible or give dead links on your demo.
1) Can I send individual emails directly from within a lead’s detail view (not just through campaigns or proposals)? I want to be able to open a lead, click a “Send Email” button or tab, compose a message, and send it directly.
Also, will this email be stored or logged in the lead’s activity or communication history?
I tried the demo, but it seems this feature is either hidden or disabled. Please confirm if this is fully available in the purchased version.
2) How does the bulk email sending work? I tried the “campaign” feature in a lead but the link was dead.

We are currently facing an issue with the Marketing Automation module in our project. After activation, the module is automatically deactivating within 2 to 3 days. We have two separate instances of the project, each utilizing a different license key. However, this issue is only affecting the first instance.
