Before purchasing the LMS Module (Laravel Online School Management System), I would like to clarify a few important points to ensure it fully fits our educational platform requirements.

1. Live Classes: Does the system support native live classes (Zoom / Google Meet / BigBlueButton)? If yes, are these features built-in or provided through separate Add-ons? Can recorded lessons be saved and accessed later by students from inside the LMS?

2. Video & Course Content Storage: Does the system include a built-in media library for uploading and organizing video lessons, PDFs, quizzes, etc.? Is there any storage limitation or recommended hosting setup for video content?

3. Payment Gateways & Subscriptions: Does the system support recurring subscription billing (monthly/annual plans)? Which payment gateways are supported by default? Can we add custom gateways (e.g., Thawani / Paytabs / MyFatoorah / Stripe)?

4. Language & RTL Support: Is full Arabic interface and RTL layout supported (both student panel and teacher/admin panel)? Are language files fully editable to adjust terminology?

5. Mobile Apps: Are there any official Android / iOS apps included? If not included, does the system have ready REST API endpoints to build custom mobile apps? Do you provide API documentation?

6. Technical Architecture: Is the system built entirely on Laravel 9/10? Does the project follow MVC structure and modular code separation for easy customization? Do you provide developer documentation or technical guides?

7. Multi-Instructor & Multi-School: Does the system support multiple instructors and independent classes within the same platform? Can the system run as SaaS (multiple schools under one installation)? If yes, how is billing handled?

8. Roles & Permissions: Are user roles customizable? Example: (Admin – Teacher – Student – Parent – Supervisor – Affiliate) Can new role types be added and permissions assigned from the dashboard?

9. Backups & Database Structure: Does the system support backup/restore from admin panel? Is database structure documented for future scaling?

10. Licensing Clarification: Does the Extended License allow us to sell memberships/subscriptions to students on our platform?

We plan to integrate this system into a larger educational and business ecosystem. So having clear answers to the points above will help us decide before purchasing.

as i see in demo why it only integrate with BBB and zoom only , need it integrated with jitsi

Hi we are interested to buy this addon module but on your demo most sections of the LMS have error so we can’t full test it. Do you have another way so can test it. Thanks
